| 摘 要： | 目的/意义] 运用定量和定性分析方法,建立图书馆联盟绩效评价体系,并对图书馆联盟进行绩效评价,以期通过绩效评价促进图书馆联盟的稳定、可持续发展。方法/过程] 在分析国内外研究现状的基础上,提出昌北高校图书馆联盟绩效评价体系,并引入熵权物元可拓模型对昌北高校图书馆联盟进行绩效评价。结果/结论] 昌北高校图书馆联盟运行管理评价为一般,文献服务能力和联盟效益评价为较好,满意度与服务效果评价结果为好。

| Abstract: | Purpose/significance] This paper aims to establish library alliance performance evaluation system through quantitative and qualitative analysis method, and make the performance evaluation of library alliance, so as to promote library alliance development sustainably.Method/process] This paper proposed the Changbei academic library alliance (CALA) performance evaluation system, and evaluated the performance of CALA through the entropy-weighted and matter-element model.Result/conclusion] The results showed that, the operation management of CALA was fair, the service ability and the alliance benefits were good, and the satisfaction of the service effect was excellent. |
