| 摘 要： | 建设创新型国家战略的全面推进要求对国家创新体系中的信息资源进行协同配置。从我国信息资源协同配置现状来看，主要存在配置主体功能缺位、协作程度不高、支撑服务落后等问题，需要通过管理、组织、技术、服务层面的多元协同加以解决。政府应充分利用现有条件，克服制度、机制、技术和服务上的障碍，全面推进我国信息资源配置的协同发展。
