| 摘 要： | 从图书馆业务流程重组的角度，介绍目前图书馆业务流程正从“文献流”向“服务流”转变的情况，分析图书馆围绕着新的业务流程进行组织机构变革的模式，提出随着图书馆改革的深入，图书馆组织结构会向着扁平化、柔性化、网络化方向发展，以期对图书馆组织改革提供参考。
