| 摘 要： | 目的/意义] 随着数字时代向数据时代演进，科学研究进入“第四范式”，无论是研究个体还是科学共同体都在渴求能够获得更深入、更便捷的数据服务。研究型图书馆在科学用户的敦促下，主动推进知识服务升级，帮助用户扩展资源发现，揭示文献中蕴含的知识，构筑知识间的关联。在机器学习大行其道的未来，基于内容的研究数据服务是突破知识获取瓶颈的必然抉择。方法/过程] 系统回顾美国研究型图书馆研究数据服务实践，深入剖析相关服务的核心价值，阐明研究数据兴起赋予知识服务的新内容，并进一步揭示研究数据服务的发展趋势和走向。结果/结论] 基于内容的研究数据服务是图书馆面向大数据时代的必然选择，数据周转效率是未来机构科研产出多寡的决定因素，研究数据服务将愈加趋于碎片化、关联化和移动化。

| Abstract: | Purpose/significance]Computers play an irreplaceable role in the ternary world formed by humans, machines and objects. And they are silent forces for social change. With the digital age evolving to the data age, scientific research has entered into the fourth paradigm. Both the scientific community and the individuals have a strong thirst for more in-depth, more convenient knowledge services. Under the urge of academic users, the research libraries are actively promoting the user experience of knowledge service, which will help users to expand knowledge discovery, and reveal the knowledge contained in the literature. Knowledge service can build the link among the knowledge and formulate the knowledge maps. Content-based knowledge service is the inevitable choice to break through the bottleneck of knowledge acquisition in the context of machine learning prevalence.Method/process]This paper systematically reviewed the practice of knowledge services in American research libraries, and further analyzed the core content of the services. New contents of knowledge services given by the rise of research data were also clarified by this research. At the end of this paper, the author demonstrated the development trends of the knowledge services.Result/conclusion]The content-based knowledge service is the inevitable choice of the library for the data age. Data turnover efficiency is the future determinant of the amount of scientific research output. Knowledge services will become increasingly fragmented, associated and mobile. |
