| Abstract: | In order to research the evaluation of service quality for the project "Distributed Digital Reference Systems" funded by the National Science Digital Libraries (CSDL), this study establishes systematic assessment indexes to evaluate the quality of digital reference services by means of various assessment techniques, measures of service, and quality standards. |
