实时参考咨询服务(即时通讯)对图书馆的工作具有重要意义。本文采用技术接受模型(TAM)为基本框架,将感知相关性作为变量对即时通讯进行扩展分析,并通过实践数据对提出的假设进行论证。从而加深对使用即时通讯服务的理解。通过本文的研究,人们将更好的理解影响即时通讯服务是否被接受的决定性因素,促进图书馆制定更有效的方式以提高用户对目标系统的感知,从而提升系统的接受度。  相似文献

【目的/意义】从认知维度、社会维度以及情感维度三个层面分析移动阅读用户的心理特征,揭示移动阅读 服务持续使用意愿的发生机理。【方法/过程】借鉴刺激-机体-反应(S-O-R Model)模型,构建移动阅读服务持续 使用意向的因果模型,通过对371名大学生进行问卷调查获取研究数据,采取结构方程模型对概念模型中各变量之 间的关系进行实证检验。【结果/结论】感知有用性和满意度是移动用户持续使用意向的重要因素,信息交互质量、 系统交互质量对感知有用性和满意度具有显著正向影响;情感依恋不仅显著正向影响持续使用意向,还对感知有 用性和满意度具有积极影响;人际交互质量显著正向影响感知社交性,但感知社交性对有用性感知、满意度以及持 续使用意向的作用效应没有通过显著性检验。  相似文献

为了提升公众应对社交媒体虚假新闻传播的意愿,讨论社交媒体不同人格特质用户虚假新闻应对意愿的差异和相关性。基于大五人格模型、计划行为理论、风险感知理论及前人相关研究提出若干研究假设,然后利用偏最小二乘(PLS)路径分析对模型进行验证。研究结果表明外倾性、宜人性人格特质会通过行为态度对用户在社交媒体平台应对虚假新闻的意愿产生显著的影响;宜人性、尽责性人格特质受感知风险的影响较大;最后根据结论,针对不同人格特质与其使用社交媒体平台的行为特征,提出了可操作的建议。  相似文献

[目的/意义] 探讨影响政务微信用户持续使用行为的关键因素及作用机制,以期为我国政务微信服务优化提供理论依据和实践支持。[方法/过程] 借鉴刺激-机体-反应模型,将技术因素和社会因素作为刺激,用户契合作为调节变量,构建政务微信用户持续使用行为模型。利用偏最小二乘法对问卷数据进行分析,对模型进行验证。[结果/结论] 移动性正向影响有用性感知和易用性感知;服务质量正向影响有用性感知,对易用性感知没有显著影响;主观规范和信任两个社会因素均正向影响有用性感知和易用性感知;有用性感知和易用性感知作为机体正向影响持续使用行为,用户契合对易用性感知与持续使用行为之间的影响关系具有负向调节作用。鉴于此,本文进行了广泛探讨并给出了对政务微信服务实践的启示。  相似文献

在信息系统持续使用模型(ECT-IT)的基础上,结合营销学的关系质量理论,在该模型中加入用户信任和转移成本两个因子,用电子服务质量代替期望确认变量,选取大学生网上银行持续使用行为作为研究对象进行实证研究。结果表明:用户感知的信息质量、系统质量和服务质量,对用户感知有用性和用户满意有着显著的正向影响;用户感知有用性、满意、信任和转移成本,都对用户持续使用意愿有着显著的正向影响,影响程度从大到小分别是满意、转移成本、信任和感知有用性。  相似文献

近年来,移动阅读服务中用户的持续使用与黏性受到了学界和业界的关注。在分析移动阅读特点的基础上,基于ECM-IT模型和DM模型,构建了新的持续使用意愿研究模型,并通过实证研究,得到了以下结论:一是扩展后的ECM-IT和DM模型适用于移动阅读情境;二是满意度、感知有用性、感知娱乐性等因素对用户持续使用有显著影响;三是移动阅读服务的内容、界面、个性化服务等功能对用户满意度有显著影响,分享、转发、评论等社交化互动服务对用户满意度没有显著影响。  相似文献

摘要:移动即时通讯服务的竞争越来越激烈,各商家都在积极降低门槛吸引用户。用户使用后是否会对移动服务满意并保持忠诚是服务商面临的重要问题。实证研究了信任、服务质量感知的价值对用户满意度的影响以及用户满意度、信任和转移成本对用户忠诚的影响。通过对541名移动即时通讯服务用户的进行调查获得数据,进行实证分析后,结果显示,信任、服务质量、功能价值和情感价值对满意度有显著的影响,而满意度、信任和转移成本显著影响用户忠诚度。  相似文献

人的因素是安全生产中最重要的影响因素之一,员工的离职问题对安全生产绩效产生了极大的负面影响,如何提高员工的工作内嵌入度是降低员工离职率的重要途径。本文选取因变量工作内嵌入、自变量情绪智力、中介变量感知凝聚力(包括归属感和士气感两个构成维度)及调节变量大五人格特质(包括亲和性、勤勉正直性、外向性、情绪稳定性及开放学习性)建构四个变量间关系的概念模型,采用SEM模型实证检验了理论概念模型。结果显示:感知凝聚力是情绪智力与工作内嵌入关系间的中介变量,情绪智力通过影响感知凝聚力,间接促进工作内嵌入;大五人格中的五个构成维度都在情绪智力与工作内嵌入之间的关系中起正向调节作用。  相似文献

为识别健康科技产品购买意愿的影响因素,通过整合TAM理论、创新扩散理论、大五人格模型和健康信念模型,从产品和消费者特征的视角出发并充分考虑性别和健康信念的调节作用并提出研究假设构建理论模型.以苹果iWatch和小米手环的潜在消费者为研究样本问卷调研获取300份有效问卷,利用SPSS和SmartPLS软件验证假设和模型.结果表明,感知有用性、感知可靠性和消费者创新性均正向影响健康科技产品的购买意愿,其中消费者创新性还会受到外向型人格特质的直接影响;健康信念正向调节感知有用性对购买意愿的影响;性别能调节消费者创新性对购买意愿的影响.  相似文献

The blockchain has received significant attention from technology focussed researchers, highlighting its perceived impact and emerging disruption potential, but has been slow to engender any significant momentum within the Information Systems (IS) and Information Management (IM) literature. This study approaches the subject through an IS/IM lens developing the key themes from the blockchain based research via a comprehensive review. This analysis of the body of literature highlights that although few commercial grade blockchain applications currently exist, the technology demonstrates significant potential to benefit a number of industry wide use cases. This study expands on this point articulating through each of the key themes to develop a detailed narrative on the numerous potential blockchain applications and future direction of the technology, whilst discussing the many barriers to adoption. The study asserts that blockchain technology has the potential to contribute to a number of the UN Sustainability Development Goals and engender widespread change within a number of established industries and practices.  相似文献

This article reviews the body of research on the use and role of instant messaging (IM) in campus life, and how IM is a key part of university students' communication. IM is a synchronous form of communication, and its speed, availability information, and support for multiple conversations have made it appealing for young people. With university students, in particular, showing a heavy reliance on IM, researchers have shown great interest in how university students use IM and how it is integrated in their social and academic life. While studies are emerging in various disciplines, no attempt has been made to integrate the disparate findings and approaches. This article synthesizes key findings, provides a map of the literature, and discusses conceptual problems inherent in the study of IM and other information and communication technologies (ICTs) that will help researchers identify key areas of study and opportunities for future investigation.  相似文献

Rapid advances in mobile technologies and devices have made mobile banking increasingly important in mobile commerce and financial services. Using innovation diffusion theory and knowledge-based trust literature, this study develops a research model to examine the effect of innovation attributes (perceived relative advantage, ease of use and compatibility) and knowledge-based trust (perceived competence, benevolence and integrity) on attitude and behavioral intention about adopting (or continuing to use) mobile banking across potential and repeat customers. Based on a survey of 368 participants (177 for potential customers and 191 for repeat customers), this study uses a structural equation modeling approach to investigate the research model. The results indicate that perceived relative advantage, ease of use, compatibility, competence and integrity significantly influence attitude, which in turn lead to behavioral intention to adopt (or continue-to-use) mobile banking. Additionally, by using multi-group analysis with t-statistics, the results found that the antecedents of attitude toward mobile banking differ between potential and repeat customers. The implications for research and practice and future research directions are discussed.  相似文献

This paper explores the much ignored but critically important subject of the perceived relationship between information and communications technology (ICT), information management (IM) and knowledge management (KM). Defining the border between ICT, IM and KM, and especially the maturity remains a highly debatable topic. These issues could be concisely summarized as being diverse and problematic and located across the spectrum of views. Prior studies suggest that even though KM is strongly entrenched and rests on the foundation of ICT and IM, very little is reported in the literature on ICT and IM as enablers to KM. From a large urban South African University engaged in numerous collaboration programs with industry, the authors gained insight into growth of KM maturity in industry groupings over a 5-year period. The authors applied an inventory developed by Kruger and Snyman [Kruger, C. J., & Snyman, M. M. M. (2007). A guideline for assessing the knowledge management maturity of organizations. In total 434 employees were interviewed over three group levels (operational, middle and senior management). Despite smartphone applications (apps) being key enablers of telemedicine, telehealth, and self-monitoring, adoption issues persist for mobile healthcare (mHealth) apps. This study diverged from the traditional adoption approach and drew on more innovative theories to predict the intentions of patients for adopting apps supported by clinics. More specifically, technology identity literature was explored to make this prediction and the study surveyed 292 patients who were seated in the waiting room of a local clinic. The results suggested that perceived mobile technology identity (MTI), perceived related IT experience, and perceived self-efficacy positively influences patients’ perceived intentions to adopt mHealth apps provided by clinics or hospitals. Furthermore, the results suggested that perceived related IT experience positively influences users perceived self-efficacy and perceived MTI. However, education was found to negatively influence patients’ perceived intentions to use mHealth apps. This study contributes to the growing literature on the use of these apps in trying to elevate the quality of patients’ lives. Moreover, there are implications for mHealth-app designers who are trying to make healthcare services accessible via smartphones.  相似文献

This paper reports on the first stage of an investigation into monitoring and evaluating the impact of information management (IM) within a local government context. The overall study will utilise a combination of principles from various results-based, outcomes-based and social change approaches (Logical Framework Analysis, Most Significant Change, and Outcomes Mapping) in an attempt to move Leicestershire County Council away from a culture focused on traditional performance measurement, i.e. percentage change in use of services provided to the public, to something of real value. Interviews with 20 senior managers highlighted the important IM issues for Leicestershire County Council as a local government. These initial findings showed that maintaining high quality, trusted, and governed information and knowledge resources were of great value to the organisation. Analysis showed that 85% of senior managers interviewed considered IM to be “critical” in the achievement of organisational outcomes. Further analysis enabled the development of an initial framework indicating key areas where IM can have impact. These key areas will become the focus of further research, where applying a combination of approaches aforementioned will define the boundary partners, their specific outcomes and progress markers with possible impacts proposed. This detail will help to develop a framework for measuring the impact of IM.  相似文献
