为了了解退役运动员的压力来源,消除压力,维护其身心健康.本研究采用问卷调查法、访谈法、文献资料法、数理统计法等对我省426名退役运动员进行压力来源调查,发现生活压力是退役运动员的最主要压力源,能力缺乏压力次之,社会压力较小,并呈现出一定的年龄特征和学历特征.对此,提出建立退役运动员的社会生活保障制度;退役后的教育培训制度和"训教一体化制度";增强风险与"自救"意识,帮助运动员进行人生规划;以及建立正确的舆论导等4种应对策略. 相似文献

从制度层面来看,竞技体育的举国体制与社会主义市场经济体之间的矛盾和冲突是导致退役运动员就业难的深层次矛盾。此外,现行退役运动员就业保障制度还存在重形式保障轻实质性的扶助,重货币补偿轻就业保障,重制度保障缺立法保护等问题。研究认为：贯彻有助于运动员＂终身发展＂的理念,推进竞技体育人才培养体制的渐进式改革;以市场为导向,以就业为目标,完善退役运动员的职业技能培训制度;正确认识退役运动员再就业的社会扶助性,建立健全退役运动员再就业保障的法制体系等是今后建立健全退役运动员再就业保障制度的着力点。 相似文献
