竞争公平意识包括公平地竞争意识和竞争的公平意思。它要求人们在竞争中自觉地凭借个人的实力参与竞争，并能正确地对待竞争的结果。由于各种各样的主客观原因，社会中的不正当竞争现象还较多．甚至在个别地方还很严重。一些部门的领导在招工、转干、评职称等方面有意制定一些倾向性明显的政策，以圈住自己的人；一些执法人员在执法过程中不顾法律、法规的公正、公平要求，而掺杂进较多的人情成份，使执法结果失却公允，在社会上造成较恶劣的影响，侵蚀了人们尤其是学生的思想。因此，我们在教育过程中努力提高学生竞争能力的同时，还应着力加强学生的竞争公平意识的培育。笔者在长期的班主任工作中，不断探索，积累了些许经验，现加以总结，以翔同仁。我认为要培育学生的竞争公平意识，可以从抓实学生竞争所依据的规则即班级制度、竞争过程中的行为评价即执法、竞争结束后的心理动态即结果认同三个方面。 相似文献

During interview with English majors, it was found that a majority of students expressed disappointment with their experience of English literature classes.
