利用反相高效液相色谱法（RP—HPLC）,在Spherisorb C18柱上以乙腈-0．2g／L氨三乙酸（pH2．5）（体积比20：80）为流动相,柱温35℃,于267nm紫外检测牛奶中残留的氯霉素（CP）、金霉素（CTC）、土霉素（OTC）、四环素（TC）。考查了流动相的组成、流动相pH等因素对分离度的影响。实验条件下,四种抗生素在试验浓度范围内色谱峰面积与浓度呈现良好线性关系。四种抗生素的加标回收率分别为：土霉素为105％,四环素为90％,金霉素为82％,氯霉素为87％;检测限（SIN=3）分别为土霉素为0．35mg／L、四环素为0．30mg／L、金霉素为0．80mg／L、氯霉素为0．70mg／L。方法简单、快速,可用于奶制品中这些抗生素的检测。 相似文献

介绍了以三氯化磷和甲醇为原料制备亚磷酸二甲酯（（CH3O）2POH）的工业化清洁生产工艺及实现零排放的关键技术．制备（CH3O）2POH安全稳定的清洁生产工艺条件：真空度不小于0．088MPa,反应温度不大于48℃,体积V（CH3OH）：V（PCl3）=1：0．7,CH30H和PCl3的流速分别为62L／min,43．5L／min,滴加时间为30min,反应时间80min．（CH3O）2POH经蒸馏,蒸馏终点温度145℃,蒸馏终点真空度不小于0．097MPa,获得含量99％、酸度0．13％的产品（CH3O）2POH．副产品氯化氢、氯甲烷和亚磷酸均得到回收利用,无排放． 相似文献

对超滤膜法分离大豆蛋白的中试工艺和膜污染的清洗进行了系统的优化研究。超滤膜浓缩分离大豆蛋白的优化工艺条件为：膜的截留分子量为10000，超滤温度50℃，超滤pH6-7，超滤压力0．4-0．5MPa，截留液固形物终点浓度应控制在14％(质量分数)以内。超滤膜污染的清洗优化工艺条件为：纯水清洗10min后，用pH8．0的0.1g／L alcalase碱性内切酶清洗30min，再用0.3mol／L NaOH清洗30min，最后用纯水清洗至pH中性，清洗温度50℃．压力0.3MPa。 相似文献

目的：消除血红蛋白和胆红素两种因素对碱性苦味酸速率法测定肌酐的负干扰。方法：用苦味酸速率法测定未溶血、人为溶血、人为溶血后加0．88mol／L H2O2 37℃水浴20min、人为溶血后加0．88mol／L H2O2 37℃水浴30min、未溶血加0．88mol／L H2O2 37℃水浴20min五种处理的血液样品中肌酐值。结果：其他四组与第一组差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．01）;第三组与第二组、第五组测定结果有差别（P〈0．01或P〈0．05）,而第三组与第四组的测定结果则无差别（P〉0．05）。结论：用0．88mol／L H2O2处理溶血样品后,再进行肌酐测定。可消除血红蛋白和胆红素对肌酐测定的影响,使测定结果更真实。 相似文献

采用离子色谱法分析了不同矿物质水中五种主要无机阴离子（氟离子、氯离子、硫酸根、硝酸根、磷酸根）的含量,探讨了无机阴离子的离子色谱法检测条件。结果表明,使用AS11-HE阴离子分离柱对五种无机阴离子进行分离,利用免试剂离子色谱仪系统,淋洗液全自动发生,选用OH-为淋洗液,最佳流速、柱温和池温分别为1．2mL／min、30℃和35℃,采用梯度洗脱,可在13min内同时分离检测上述五种无机阴离子,5种无机阴离子的分离度可迭5．59-25．88。方法具有良好的线性,相关系数为0．9969-0．9994,检出限为0．06-0．45mg／L。该法具有简便、快速、灵敏、样品无需前处理等优点,可用于市售矿物质水中五种无机阴离子的同时分析。 相似文献

建立高效液相色谱法测定广玉兰中小白菊内酯含量的方法．采用ZORBAXSB—C18（4．6mm×150mm,5μm）色谱柱,以甲醇（A）-水（B）为流动相,梯度洗脱（0～10min,10％—48％A;10～20min,48％-80％A）,流速1．0mL／min,柱温30℃,检测波长210nm．结果表明,小白菊内酯的线性范围为0．188～2．820μg（r=0．9999）,平均回收率（n=9）为99．3％．证实该方法简便、准确、重复性好,可用于广玉兰中小白菊内酯的含量测定． 相似文献

目的:通过改进大鼠睾丸支持细胞的分离方法,获得高纯度支持细胞。方法:选用18~22日龄雄性Sprague Dawley(SD)大鼠,去除睾丸被膜、剪碎组织块,采用0.25%胰酶和0.1%Ⅳ型胶原酶单次消化,分别在37℃水浴震荡消化15min、10min,经100目细胞筛过滤收集细胞,置于37℃、5%CO2培养箱中进行培养,24h后大多数细胞完全贴壁,观察细胞生长,待长满培养瓶80%进行传代培养。显微观察不同时间段、不同代睾丸支持细胞的形态,采用免疫荧光方法对睾丸支持细胞进行鉴定。结果:显微观察可见分离培养的支持细胞胞质呈不规则的多处突起,细胞核呈圆形或椭圆形,细胞之间交织成网状;免疫荧光Vimentin特异性表达鉴定显示,所分离培养的细胞为睾丸支持细胞,经显微镜下计数其纯度达95%以上。结论:缩短两步酶消化时间,培养24h后用预冷磷酸盐缓冲溶液(PBS)洗换培养液,连续传代培养至第三代,此方法简化了分离培养支持细胞步骤,同时提高了支持细胞的纯度和细胞数量。 相似文献

From synchronic aspect, the social and cultural influence on word meaning is mainly embodied in conceptual and associative meanings of word. The incorrespondence of word meaning is a phenomenon that exists in both conceptual and associative meanings of word among different languages. From diachronic aspect, the development of social culture causes some changes of word meaning to some extent.
