Inter-organizational Systems (IOS) are network-enabled information systems that extend boundaries of an organization. There is a growing interest among researchers and practitioners to understand how the use of IOS enhances firm performance. In this study, we examine how IOS use impacts an organization’s supply chain management (SCM) capabilities and supply chain performance. Drawing on the resource-based view theory, we examine two mechanisms that are essential for enhanced supply chain performance: (a) efficient IOS external utilization regarding its networked partners and (b) the maximization of IOS organizational management capabilities in supply chain management. Using data from 193 respondents from various manufacturers and distributors of fast-moving consumer goods, we confirm all the hypotheses posited in the research model. The results demonstrate the dual effect of IOS use in improving operational supply chain performance, SCM capabilities, and the mediating role of SCM capabilities. We discuss contributions of the study to research and practice.  相似文献

本文研究了供应链视角下网络镶嵌的两个维度(关系镶嵌和结构镶嵌)对创新绩效的影响以及知识共享的中介效应。通过对我国255家高新技术企业的问卷调查,本文采用结构方程模型的方法验证了网络镶嵌、知识共享和创新绩效之间的关系。研究结果表明:在供应链环境下,关系镶嵌对创新绩效有积极作用,结构镶嵌对创新绩效没有影响,知识共享在关系镶嵌和创新绩效的影响路径中起部分中介作用。本研究的理论意义在于探讨了网络镶嵌在特定的供应链网络中对企业的知识共享和创新绩效的作用,研究结论对企业的创新活动和供应链实践都有一定的指导意义。  相似文献

Software as a Service (SaaS) is regarded as a favorable solution to enhance a modern organization's IT performance and competitiveness; however, many organizations may still be reluctant to introduce SaaS solutions mainly because of the trust concern—they may perceive more risks than benefits. This paper presumes that an organization will augment the trust of adopting SaaS solutions when perceived risks decrease and/or perceived benefits increase. To gain insights into this issue, a solution framework using a modified Decision Making Trial and Evaluation Laboratory (DEMATEL) approach is proposed. The core logic is to treat perceived benefits and perceived risks as two distinct themes so that a visible cause–effect diagram can be developed to facilitate the decision makers. A case study is conducted on a Taiwanese company—one of the world's leading manufacturers in the niche and specialized resistor markets. The findings suggest that the case company concern more about strategic-oriented benefits than economic-oriented benefits and more about subjective risks than technical risks. This study examines the dimensions of web service quality based on e-customer's, expectations and perceptions. We develop operationalized web service quality constructs, and analyze, their relationships with customer satisfaction and behavioral intentions in an e-business environment. The three identified dimensions of web service quality are perceived risk, web content and service, convenience. One of the major findings of this study is that although less perceived risk may lead to a favorable perception of web service quality, it does not necessarily translate to customer satisfaction, or positive behavioral intentions. Individual PC skill sets may affect perception of service convenience, but seems to have no influence on how customers assess web service quality, customer satisfaction or, behavioral intentions to use the e-service. The indirect or mediating influence of satisfaction on web, service quality and behavioral intentions is indeed stronger than the direct influence of web service, quality on behavioral intentions.  相似文献

We elaborate a supply chain innovation matrix that can be applied to both commercial and military supply chains. By shifting the analysis from a focal firm to industry structure, we argue that the market structure of the entire supply chain functions as a major moderating variable in determining both the timing and adoption of innovations, both for commercial and military markets. We extend work on supply chain resource dependency by drawing a distinction between market-structure-induced resource dependency and supplier over-reliance on a customer in a competitive market. This has policy implications for the organization of military industrial research and development (IR&D). Joint service research and development (Jointness) will certainly bring about innovation, but it will be incremental, reinforcing established military hierarchies. Policy makers may need to add this probable consequence when comparing Jointness and inter-service rivalry. The cost savings inherent in Jointness may unwittingly sustain a military force unready for fighting the next war.  相似文献

基于社会心理学的理性行为理论,借鉴两栖模型,构建一个整合模型,分析技术接受模型的两个维度——感知有用性和感知易用性——对中小企业管理创新的影响。以珠三角地区的449家制造型中小企业为调查对象,运用层次回归分析方法进行实证检验,结果表明:管理创新对成长绩效具有显著正向影响;感知易用性不仅对管理创新有正向直接影响,还正向调节管理创新与成长绩效的关系;感知有用性对管理创新与成长绩效间关系的调节效应不显著,但对管理创新具有显著正向影响。  相似文献

以提升LED产业集群中资源组织效率为目的,基于产业链创新服务平台视角,从产业链平台的业务流程出发,寻找资源组织的关键路径。基于提升资源组织速度的考虑,使用了包括基本信息层、结构信息层、活动信息层、能力信息层和时间信息层的五层资源描述方法构建LED产业平台中虚拟单元。通过LED产业链平台中的应用证明本方法在实践中是有效的。  相似文献

Despite increased interest and growing investments in web-based supply chain management (SCM) applications, firms face numerous challenges in successfully web-enabling their SCM activities. In this research, we focus on two main objectives – (i) to understand the key antecedents that affect the web-enablement of SCM activities; (ii) to document the performance impacts of web-enabled SCM efforts. Based on a large-scale, questionnaire survey of North American organizations, we assessed the influence of six factors namely – supplier synergy, information intensity, managerial IT knowledge, interoperable IT infrastructure, perceived IT returns on investments (ROI) and formal governance mechanisms – on the extent of web-enabled SCM. Our results revealed a strong positive influence of supplier synergy, information intensity, managerial IT knowledge, inter-operability and formal governance mechanisms on the extent of web-enabled SCM. We also found a negative association between relative cost–benefit perceptions and the extent of web-enabled SCM. Further, we also found strong positive association between extent of web-enabled SCM and the benefits realized from SCM efforts. We discuss the implications of our results for research and practice.  相似文献

With the proliferation of online content service industry, understanding the factors affecting consumer intention to purchase online content services has become an important issue for academics and practitioners. While previous research has suggested that consumers’ perceived value and moral judgment are two main factors influencing behavioral intention to purchase online content services, few studies have explored what drives perceived value and if customers’ ethical self-efficacy will moderate the effect of perceived value on purchase intention. Thus, based on the value-based adoption model and previous literature, this study explores the antecedents of perceived value and the moderating effect of ethical self-efficacy for online piracy (ESEOP) on the relationship between perceived value and purchase intention in the context of online content services. Data collected from 124 respondents in Taiwan are tested against the research model using the partial least squares (PLS) approach. The results indicate that perceived enjoyment, perceived usefulness, perceived fee, and ESEOP have a significant influence on perceived value and that ESEOP can enhance the positive effect of perceived value on purchase intention. The findings of this study provide several important theoretical and practical implications for consumer online content purchase behaviors.  相似文献

This paper presents a research model to examine factors influencing information sharing and implementation in inter-organizational relationships. The model comprises seven research hypotheses with six constructs, including relational benefits, relational proclivity, connectedness, power symmetry, dysfunctional conflict and information sharing. The constructs are measured by well-supported measures in the literature. The hypotheses are tested via an empirical study of supply chains. Data are collected from 589 manufacturing firms that are among the top 1000 Taiwanese manufacturing firms of 2009 listed by Business Weekly. The results of the empirical study suggest that the role played by relational benefits is critical in ensuring the information sharing as it reinforces the connectedness between supply chain members and mitigates the dysfunctional conflicts in the process. The findings of the study provide useful insights into how supply chain members should reinforce their collaborative behaviors and activities so as to improve their relational benefits and connectedness and in turn enhance information sharing for the supply chain as a whole.  相似文献

This paper addresses customer perceived value in the context of high-technology industry, specifically in the software business. Customer perception of value is a complex phenomenon not only theoretically, but even more so in practice. We have chosen to examine this phenomenon in the specific context of the software business, as we believe that software as an object of exchange encourages fresh viewpoints owing to its abstract nature. Our study is exploratory in nature, with an empirical insight gained through two qualitative case studies from the software business. The conclusion presents elements of customer perceived value within both software project and product businesses. Based on the findings, we suggest a framework for examining the way business logic influences the customer's value perception, especially in terms of the complexity of the perception of both benefits and sacrifices.  相似文献

The objectives of this study are to identify and systematize scholarly articles on the use of information system to support sustainable supply chain management and to suggest future research opportunities. Therefore, a structured literature review was conducted. The most relevant studies identified were classified and categorized into seven dimensions: research context, research focus, research method, sector analyzed, information system (IS) beneficiaries, relationship between IS and green supply chain practices, and performance benefits. The main authors and articles on this particular topic were identified. In addition, it was concluded that IS is an important support tool for sustainable supply chain management practices since it brings benefits to the organization, suppliers, and customers. Furthermore, IS positively influences the operational, financial, and environmental performance of the organization. However, further advances in the literature are still needed. The major contribution of this research is related to the recommendations that provide opportunities for future research.  相似文献

摘要:本文围绕着移动数据业务市场消费者购买意愿的影响因素展开了研究,通过文献的回顾和理论演绎,提出了移动数据业务购买意愿的七大影响因素。之后,在借鉴已有成熟量表的基础上,结合实际设计了调查问卷,并对中国移动的三个品牌用户进行了大样本的分层抽样调查。通过结构化方程分析,本文发现社会影响因素、感知有用性和感知价格对购买意愿的影响最为突出,而感知安全性在中国移动数据业务市场上的作用并不显著。本文在总结以前学者有关TAM及数据业务领域的TAM模型的基础上,提出移动数据业务的消费者购买意愿影响因素研究模型。通过实证分析发现感知有用性和感知价格两个因素对移动数据业务消费者购买意愿的影响最大,而被外国学者验证过的对购买意愿显著影响的感知安全性在国内却影响不显著。此发现对于移动数据业务的开发及其推广具有重要的意义,运营商可以进一步了解消费者的需求和期望,从而使用恰当的营销手段推出消费者更愿意使用的业务。  相似文献

从传统建设项目的管理模式出发,简单分析了由于人为划分导致的各种弊端。借鉴集成管理的基本思想,提出建设项目集成的SIPOC(供应商-输入-处理-输出-客户)模式,并就如何在建设项目内部进行SIPOC集成进行了深入探讨。根据项目实施阶段的不同, 构建由不同参与方组成并承担相应责任的动态联合组织。由联合组织对参与方活动和项目团队工作进行整合和优化,并通过动态调整的方式支持建设项目不同流程之间的无缝连接。根据建设项目的实际情况,对动态联合组织的核心领导小组进行了分析。最后,结合深圳某大厦的开发实际,对该模式的应用及其效益进行了初步展望。  相似文献

The paper defines and validates a scale—CC-Qual—to assess the quality of services provided through a Collaborative Consumption (CC) model.The authors have borrowed a set of items arranged in eight dimensions from the literature on CC. A panel of selected practitioners (seven CEOs of CC companies) assisted in the design of the questionnaire, which was launched in June 2018. A sample of 127 questionnaires was used for exploratory factor analysis. A second sample of 301 users was used for confirmatory analysis using EQS 6.4 software.A scale of 21 items gathered under five dimensions is proposed. Accordingly, the perceived quality in CC is composed of five dimensions: three of them related to the interaction with the platform (“site organization”, “platform responsiveness and agility” and “legal protection and trustworthiness”), another related to the perceived quality of the peer service supplier (“peer service provider”) and the last one to assess the encounters with other consumers and with the person who provides the service (“social interaction”).This study provides a useful measure for the assessment of the perceived quality of CC services, regardless of the activity sector. This instrument might assist managers for both assessing and benchmarking. The instrument also provides independent and reliable information for customers.  相似文献
