在当今的消费社会中,过去赤裸裸的“王婆卖瓜自卖自夸”式的说教式广告慢慢淡出受众的视野。取而代之的是故事性情节化的广告。本文首先从受众心理需求、竞争需要、电视传媒的特殊性三方面探究了叙事广告盛行的原因及设计的技巧,探讨广告人应如何巧妙地将商品或服务信息融入到情节之中,让受众被精彩的故事情节吸引的同时,牢牢记住商品或服务信息。达到良好的传播效果。  相似文献

Fee-based services deliver information to a library's non-primary clientele by providing products such as document delivery and research services, usually on a cost-recovery basis. A client satisfaction survey is one method of evaluating a fee-based information service's effectiveness in meeting its clients' needs and of learning new ways to serve customers better. To gain the most benefit and insight from the survey's results, the survey must be carefully planned and implemented. Compiling, Interpreting, and reporting the results are equally important. Finally, the staff modifies or improves services based on the survey results.  相似文献

The United States National Library of Medicine (NLM) has the largest collection of biomedical information products and services in the world. Little is known of the extent to which librarians in sub-Saharan Africa are aware of and use these resources. The study's aim was to assess knowledge and frequency of use of NLM's biomedical information products and services among African librarians. Forty-three of the 50 delegates at the 11th biannual Congress of the Association of Health Information and Libraries in Africa (AHILA) participated in the study. The findings showed that participants' knowledge of NLM information products and services was low and that there is a need for increased awareness and training in the use of NLM's information products and services in order for users on the African continent to effectively benefit from them.  相似文献

Some have claimed that prices charged by the National Technical Information Service (NTIS) for its information products and services are inappropriately high. The National Technical Information Service commissioned a study, carried out by the author, to determine whether these claims were substantiated. The study focused on 15 selected information products and services, and asked whether prices for these products were too high relative to NTIS' costs, relative to prices for comparable commercial products, and relative to prices for comparable products from the Government Printing Office (GPO). NTIS breaks even in the aggregate, showing neither profit nor loss at the end of the year, although individual products may be priced higher or lower than cost. NTIS prices appeared to be competitive with comparable private sector prices, and 17 executives from information industry firms believed NTIS prices were about right or not too high. For comparable products from GPO, NTIS prices tend to be lower because of administrative decisions to underprice GPO. The study examined, in greater depth, issues surrounding two new information products, Big Emerging Markets and World News Connection. NTIS prices are not too high relative to costs, to comparable commercial products and GPO products.  相似文献

As end-user demand for easy access to electronic full text continues to climb, an increasing number of information providers are combining that access with their other products and services, making navigating their Web sites by librarians seeking information on a given product or service more daunting than ever. One such provider of a complex array of products and services is Thomson Scientific. This paper looks at some of the many products and tools available from two of Thomson Scientific's businesses, Thomson ISI and Thomson ResearchSoft. Working collaboratively, a scholarly resources librarian and a subject liaison librarian at a small, public liberal arts college have created a GIS story mapping workshop for fellow information professionals. Using GIS, the librarians are bridging the gap between humanities and sciences in a liberal arts environment. The librarians' experience of being introduced to GIS and creating training for others enabled them to support their library's data services and digital scholarship initiatives. By helping connect the humanities with science and technology using story maps, librarians can create a neutral environment for learners to conduct interdisciplinary research and develop spatial literacy.  相似文献

[目的/意义] 为了能够准确发现满足用户信息需求的有用在线评论,对在线评论按照有用性进行排序,帮助用户进行消费决策。[方法/过程] 首先通过文献调研和专家咨询,结合移动O2O用户在线评论的特点,选取影响移动O2O在线评论有用性的8项指标,采用模糊层次分析法进行指标赋权,然后利用定量方法进行指标量化,使用加权灰色关联分析方法进行有用性计算和排序,构建有用性排序模型。最后获取美团商品的在线评论数据进行应用研究,采用与美团原始评论排序结果对比分析的方法,检验方法的可行性和科学性。[结果/结论] 实验结果表明,采用移动O2O在线评论有用性排序模型进行排序,排名靠前的在线评论信息量大,包含产品或服务的维度较多,能够较好地满足用户的个性化信息需求,为用户消费决策提供更大的参考价值。  相似文献
