使用大学生择业焦虑问卷、专业认同问卷和择业效能感量表对广西6所高校844名在校大学生进行测量,以探讨大学生专业认同、择业焦虑与择业自我效能感的关系,结果显示:①大学生专业认同、择业效能感和择业焦虑在性别、年级上均存在显著差异,在生源地上差异不显著;②大学生专业认同与自我效能感之间呈显著正相关(r=0.43,P<0.01),自我效能感与择业焦虑之间呈显著负相关(r=-0.35,P<0.01),专业认同与择业焦虑呈负相关(r=-0.26,P<0.01);③大学生专业认同正向预测择业效能感(β=0.31,P<0.01),择业效能感负向预测择业焦虑(β=-0.27,P<0.01),专业认同负向预测择业焦虑(β=-0.13,P<0.05),从中介效应来看,大学生自我效能感在专业认同对择业焦虑的影响中起部分中介作用。由此可知,大学生专业认同与择业焦虑关系密切,择业效能感在专业认同与择业焦虑中起部分中介作用。  相似文献

β-Amylase activity (BAA) and thermostability (BAT) are important traits for malt quality. In this study, 138 Tibetan annual wild barley accessions and 20 cultivated genotypes differing in BAA were planted and analyzed in 2009 and 2012. Significant differences were detected among genotypes in BAA and BAT. The cultivated genotypes had a mean BAA of 1137.6 U/g and a range of from 602.1 to 1407.5 U/g, while the wild accessions had a mean of 1517.9 U/g and a range of from 829.7 to 2310.0 U/g. The cultivated genotypes had a mean relative residual β-amylase activity (RRBAA) of 61.6% and a range of from 22.2% to 82.3%, while the wild barleys had a mean of 57.8% and a range of from 21.9% to 96.1%. Moreover, there was a significant difference among genotypes in the response of RRBAA to the temperature and duration of heat treatment. The wild barleys had wider variation in BAA and BAT than cultivated genotypes.  相似文献

为了探讨大学生社会支持、心理控制源、自我效能和抑郁的关系,笔者用贝克抑郁测验、一般自我效能感量表、社会支持评定量表和内控性、有势力的他人及机遇量表(IPC)对120名大学生施测。结果发现,大学生抑郁与内控性成显著负相关(r=-0.406,P〈0.01),与机遇及有势力他人成显著正相关(n=0.358,r2=0.359,P〈0.01),与客观支持成显著负相关(r=0.169,P〈0.05),内控性及有势力的他人能预测抑郁22.4%的方差变异量。可见心理控制源与抑郁具有显著的相关,但是社会支持、控制源、自我效能都不能很好地预测抑郁。  相似文献

The effects of different timing of N fertilizer application at the same rate on grain β-amylase activity, protein concentration, weight and malt quality of barley were studied. Grain β-amylase activity and protein concentration were significantly higher in treatments where all top-dressed N fertilizer was applied at booting stage only or equally applied at two-leaf stage and booting stage than in the treatment where all top-dressed N fertilizer was applied at two-leaf age stage only. On the other hand, grain weight and malt extract decreased with increased N application at booting stage. There were obvious differences between barley varieties and experimental years in the grain and malt quality response to the timing of N fertilizer application. It was found that grain protein concentration was significantly and positively correlated with β-amylase activity, but significantly and negatively correlated with malt extract and Kolbach index. The effect of grain protein concentration on malt quality was predominant over the effect of grain β-amylase activity.  相似文献

High malting quality of barley (Hordeum vulgate L.) relies on many traits, such as β-amylase and limit dextrinase activities and β-glucan and protein fraction contents. In this study, interval mapping was utilized to detect quantitative trait loci (QTLs) affecting these malting quality parameters using a doubled haploid (DH) population from a cross of CM72 (six-rowed) by Gairdner (two-rowed) barley cultivars. A total of nine QTLs for eight traits were mapped to chromosomes 3H, 4H, 5H, and 7H. Five of the nine QTLs mapped to chromosome 3H, indicating a possible role of loci on chromosome 3H on malting quality. The phenotypic variation accounted by individual QTL ranged from 8.08% to 30.25%. The loci of QTLs for β-glucan and limit dex-trinase were identified on chromosomes 4H and 5H, respectively. QTL for hordeins was coincident with the region of silica eluate (SE) protein on 3HS, while QTLs for albumins, globulins, and total protein exhibited overlapping. One locus on chromosome 3H was found to be related to β-amylase, and two loci on chromosomes 5H and 7H were found to be associated with glutelins. The identification of these novel QTLs controlling malting quality may be useful for marker-assisted selection in improving barley malting quality.  相似文献

建立测定芦荟中两种重要微量元素铁和锌含量的分光光度方法,考察了同一个芦荟样品中共同测定铁和锌的分光光度条件以及其他共存元素对测定的影响,确定了最佳测定条件.在最佳测定条件下,铁和锌的线性范围、回归方程、相对标准偏差、检测限和回收率分别为0.08~1.50μg/mL、0.01~0.50μg/mL;Y=0.019 53+0.179 64 X(r=0.999 94)、Y=0.008 89+0.561 38 X(r=0.997 37);4.37%、2.90%;0.03μg/mL、0.008μg/mL;99.0%~109.0%、98.0%~106.8%.分光光度法简便、快速、应用广泛,能够进行多元素的共同测定.  相似文献

采用营养液培养方式,探讨和比较硝态氮(NO3--N)和铵态氮(NH4+-N)两种不同供氮形态及其供应水平(0、3、7.5、15、22.5、30、37.5 mmol/L)下,供试玉米利民15和皖玉9号的生物学性状对以磷酸钙模拟的低生物有效磷胁迫的适应性差异。结果表明:当供氮水平低于22.5 mmol/L时,对玉米供应NH4+-N或NO3--N均可产生提高其对低生物有效磷胁迫适应性的效应。随供氮水平的升高,在两种供氮形态营养条件下,玉米幼苗植株生物量、地上部和根系干重、株高、叶面积和根体积的变化趋势均基本呈现报酬递减规律,而当供氮水平在0~7.5 mmol/L变化时,玉米的生物量干重均出现最高值。不同品种玉米对NH4+-N和NO3--N营养的响应既存在共性:NO3--N营养玉米植株株高和根体积始终高于NH4+-N营养植株,但也存在基因型差异。从植株含磷量分析,当氮水平高于3 mmol/L时,NH4+-N营养利民15的磷含量始终高于NO3--N营养玉米;而皖玉9号则在供NH4+-N水平高于22.5 mmol/L时,出现磷含量低于等氮水平下的NO3--N营养玉米的现象;其中利民15的植株磷含量与其生物量干重之间呈极显著的负相关关系(r=-0.77**,n=11),而皖玉9号的植株磷含量则与其生物量干重之间呈极显著的正相关关系(r=0.96**,n=11)。此外,在等氮水平下,两种供氮形态营养玉米的叶面积、单位叶面积光合速率、单株水平的根系活力之间没有明显的差异,因此,在低生物有效磷胁迫条件下,玉米在不同供氮形态营养条件下的适应性机制不同,其适应性强弱主要取决于是否为适宜的供氮水平。  相似文献

目的:本实验研究全血白细胞线粒体DNA复制数量(mtDNACN)和血浆炎性细胞因子在膝骨关节炎患者中的变化和其相关性。创新点:探讨了老年(50~80岁)膝骨关节炎患者白细胞mtDNACN和血浆炎性细胞因子水平及二者的关系。方法:分别收集膝骨关节炎组和对照组血液样本并对膝关节评分(Kellgren-Lawren grading)。使用实时定量聚合酶链反应(qRT-PCR)检测相对mtDNACN;使用多重免疫分析(multiplex immunoassay)测定血浆中10种炎性细胞因子水平;应用线性相关、Logistic回归和主成分分析(PCA)揭示骨关节炎白细胞mtDNACN和血浆炎性细胞因子的相关性。结论:血浆中白介素4(IL-4)、IL-6和全血白细胞mtDNACN可能是膝骨关节炎有效的生物标志物;IL-5则对mtDNACN减少具有潜在的影响。  相似文献

Rats searched for food that was contingent on time and place in an open field. One location was active at a time, the active location moved in a clockwise direction after each reward, and each location was repeated several times on each daily session. When a location was active, the first response after a fixed interval produced food. The intervals associated with each of the four locations were consistently 60, 30, 30, and 60 sec. For independent groups, inspecting an inactive location had no consequence (n = 7) or reduced the amount of food delivered at the active location (n = 6). The rates of inspecting active and inactive locations increased before the associated intervals elapsed, with preferential responding at the active locations. Rates of anticipation at active locations failed to superimpose when plotted as a function of proportional time. Simultaneous temporal and spatial processing contributed to the failure of proportional timing.  相似文献

应用分层随机取样法,从郴州市27所初中抽取245名教师,采用SCL-90量表和学校人际气氛量表对他们进行调查。结果发现:(1)生活在不同学校人际气氛中,教师心理健康水平差异显著,在健康的人际气氛环境中,其心理健康水平显著优越于不健康的人际气氛;(2)学校人际气氛中的友好往来因子与教师心理疾病的各因子具有显著的负相关。相反,疏远因子与教师心理疾病的各因子有正相关,特别是与强迫、敌意和恐怖等因子呈显著的正相关;(3)学校人际气氛中的亲密、团结、互助和凝聚力因子与教师心理疾病中的各因子呈负相关,但相关不显著。  相似文献

采用荧光光度法测定了鸡肉和鱼肉肌肉中洛美沙星药物的残留量.样品用酸性乙腈提取,正己烷脱脂,水相在B—R(pH3.0)缓冲溶液中,激发波长λex=275nm,荧光波长λem=450nm下用荧光光度法测定其中的洛美沙星含量,洛美沙星线性范围是10~120μg/mL,相关系数r=0.9958,检出限为0.005μg/mL.样品回收率为76.0%-94.5%,日内变异系数为2.14%~6.50%,日间变异系数为3.02%~9.78%.  相似文献

Genotypic and environmental variation in Cd, Cr, As, Ni and Pb concentrations of grains, and the relationships between these heavy metals and Fe, Zn were investigated using 9 rice genotypes grown in 6 locations for two successive years. Significant genotypic variation was detected in the five heavy metal concentrations in grains, indicating the possibility to reduce the concentration of these heavy metals in grains through breeding approach. The environmental effect varied with metal, with Pb and Ni having greater variation than the other three metals. There was significant genotype-environment (location) interaction of the concentrations of all five heavy metals in grains, suggesting the importance of cultivar choice in producing rice with low heavy metal concentrations in grains for a given location. Correlation analysis showed that Cd and As, Cr and Ni, and As and Pb concentrations in rice grains were closely associated, and that Ni concentration in grains was negatively correlated with Zn concentration.  相似文献

In this study, the inhibitory effect ofjujuboside A (JuA) on a penicillin sodium (Na-PCN) induced hyperactivity model was investigated. Cortical EEG (electroencephalogram) and the concentration of hippocampal Glutamate (Glu) were monitored simultaneously in vivo as indicators of rat's excitatory state. Power spectral density (PSD) and gravity frequency of PSD were calculated. JuA (0.05 g/L and 0.1 g/L) inhibited the EEG excitation effect caused by Na-PCN by increasing the power of δ1 and δ2bands (P<0.01 vs model) and lowering the gravity frequency of PSD (P<0.01 vs model). JuA also remarkably reduced the Glu elevation induced by Na-PCN (P<0.05 vs model). Diazepam also depressed Glu concentration and lowered the gravity frequency,but it showed a different EEG pattern in increased β2-activity (P<0.01 vs model). EEG excitation caused by Na-PCN correlated with Glu elevation during the first hour. Neurophysiological inhibitory effects of JuA and diazepam were more persistent than their Glu inhibitoty effects.  相似文献

以蚕豆根尖细胞微核技术对长治市浊漳河北寨、石梁、暴马3个采样点水质污染程度进行了研究。结果表明:各样点水样均能引起根尖细胞不同程度的遗传损伤,其中北寨样点原水与对照组差异显著(p〈0.05),其余2个样点与对照组相比均有极显著性差异(p〈0.01);微核率随着有机提取物浓度的增加而增加,并在一定的剂量范围内有良好的剂量——效应关系(r=O.9977,p〈O.01),3个样点的污染程度依次为暴马〉石梁〉北寨。蚕豆根尖细胞微核技术简便、灵敏,在水环境监测方面具有较强的实用价值,是一种行之有效的方法。  相似文献

目的:探讨黄芪熬液对离体蟾蜍心脏收缩力和心率的影响.方法:采用斯氏蛙心插管法,在保持总量为1.0ml的情况下,分别以不同浓度的黄芪熬剂对离体的蟾蜍心脏进行灌流,经BL-420F生物机能实验系统记录心肌的收缩活动.结果:本实验观察用低浓度(0.002g.ml-1-0.010g.ml-1)黄芪熬液灌流离体蟾蜍心脏时,可使其心肌收缩力、心率明显增加,t检验表明心肌收缩力、心率均变化显著(p<0.05)或极显著(p<0.01);用高浓度(0.02g.ml-1-0.06g.ml-1)黄芪熬液灌流离体蟾蜍心脏时,则抑制心肌收缩力和心率,t检验表明心肌收缩力和心率变化极显著(p<0.01).结论:黄芪熬液对离体蟾蜍心脏起双重调节作用.  相似文献

目的:观察黄芩甙注射液对四氯化碳(CCl4)致急性肝损伤小鼠肝抗氧化功能的影响。方法:50只小鼠随机分为5组,每组10只,分别为对照组、模型组、黄芩甙注射液低、中、高(0.25 g/kg、0.50 g/kg、1.00g/kg)剂量组。用CCl4制备小鼠急性肝损伤模型,测定小鼠体重变化,肝指数,肝超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)及谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性,谷胱甘肽(GSH)及丙二醛(MDA)含量。结果:与对照组及模型组比较,黄芩甙各剂量组小鼠试验前后的体重及肝指数差异不显著(P>0.05)。与模型组比较,低剂量组小鼠肝SOD、GSH-Px活性及MDA含量差异不显著(P>0.05),而GSH含量显著升高(P<0.05);中、高剂量组SOD、GSH-Px活性极显著提高(P<0.01),GSH含量极显著升高(P<0.01),MDA含量极显著降低(P<0.01)。结论:黄芩甙能显著增强急性肝损伤小鼠肝SOD、GSH-Px活性,提高GSH含量,降低MDA含量,并表现正向的量效关系。  相似文献

目的 应用半数效量分析模型建立小鼠血清溶血素半数溶血值(HC50)新的计算公式。方法 小鼠血清溶血素分光光度测定法测定正常小鼠血清在不同稀释度的溶血反应率,用半数效量分析模型对测定值进行曲线拟合,建立计算小鼠血清半数溶血值(HC50)的新方法并与原计算方法作统计学比较。 结果1)小鼠血清对数稀释倍数与溶血概率单位符合半数效量分析模型,曲线拟合良好,直线方程为 y=11.4238-2.1911x,r=0.9978,相关系数显著性检验P<0.01,由方程建立的小鼠血清半数溶血值(HC50)概率单位法计算公式为HC50 = lg-1[lg(N)+(5-y)/b]。2)概率单位公式法可在溶血反应率为2.9~97.8%的较大范围内准确计算血清样品溶血素的半数溶血值(HC50),与理论值的误差率范围为2.81~8.30%;与原方法计算结果(误差率范围为4.65~77.11%)比较,除溶血反应率为52.5%的测定值点外,各溶血反应率测定值点的计算结果误差率均有显著性差异(P<0.05)。概率单位公式法计算结果与光密度比值法比较,具有更高的准确性。 结论 小鼠血清对数稀释倍数与溶血概率单位符合半数效量分析模型,由此建立的概率单位公式法可在样品血清较大溶血反应率范围内准确计算血清样品溶血素的半数溶血值。  相似文献
