以乙二胺、三羟甲基丙烷三丙烯酸酯和罗丹明B为原料,合成了聚(胺-酯)-罗丹明B(RHDB)树枝状大分子(PAE-RHDB).通过正交实验讨论了反应温度、反应时间及原料配比对产物产率的影响,并用IR、1HNMR和UV表征了它的结构.研究了PAE-RHDB的荧光性能.实验结果表明,当反应温度为60℃,反应时间为3h,原料配比n(-NH2):n(-COOH)=2:1时,以氯仿为溶剂,产物产率为34.86%;当PAE-RHDB浓度为0.15mg/mL,甲醇为溶剂,溶液荧光性能最强,原料配比对产物荧光性能无影响. 相似文献

目的:优化3-芳硫基咪唑并[1,5-a]喹啉化合物的合成工艺。方法:以咪唑并[1,5-a]喹啉和磺酰肼为原料,合成3-芳硫基咪唑并[1,5-a]喹啉类化合物;对原料的投料量、反应促进剂的投料量、反应温度、溶剂用量进行优化研究;并考察底物取代基的变化对反应产率的影响;所有硫醚化产物均通过核磁共振氢谱、碳谱、高分辨质谱来表征结构。结果:以水作为溶剂,一当量的碘作为反应促进剂,咪唑并[1,5-a]喹啉与磺酰肼的投料比为1∶1.5,在密封反应管中,于110℃反应12 h,可以高产率的获得3-芳硫基咪唑并[1,5-a]喹啉类化合物。结论:该合成工艺以水作为溶剂,不使用金属,符合绿色化学要求,适合用于制备3-芳硫基咪唑并[1,5-a]喹啉类化合物。 相似文献

目的:优化1-硫氰基咪唑并[1,5-a]吡啶的合成工艺。方法:以3-苯基咪唑并[1,5-a]吡啶和硫氰化钾为反应原料,合成目标产物1-硫氰基咪唑并[1,5-a]吡啶;对影响目标产物产率的因素(投料比、反应温度、溶剂和硫氰基源等反应条件)进行了优化;所得目标产物1-硫氰基咪唑并[1,5-a]吡啶分别用核磁共振氢谱(~1H-NMR)、核磁共振碳谱(~(13)C-NMR)和高分辨质谱(HR-MS)进行结构表征。结果:以碘为催化剂,1,2-二氯乙烷为反应溶剂,3-苯基咪唑并[1,5-a]吡啶与硫氰化钾在110℃反应12 h,可以62.8%的收率得到1-硫氰基咪唑并[1,5-a]吡啶。结论:该合成工艺不使用金属催化剂,避免了产品中金属的残留,适合用于制备1-硫氰基咪唑并[1,5-a]吡啶。 相似文献

以N-甲基吡唑和溴代正丁烷为原料,采用超声波辅助法合成了离子液体1-丁基-3-甲基咪唑溴盐([Bmim]Br).通过正交设计考察了超声波功率、摩尔比(N-甲基咪唑∶溴代正丁烷)、反应温度、反应时间对产物收率的影响,并通过IR、~1HNMR和~(13)CNMR对产物进行了结构表征.结果表明:较优的合成条件是超声波功率400 W,摩尔比为1∶1.10,反应时间45 min,反应温度80℃. 相似文献

以N-甲基咪唑和1-溴丁烷为原料,经两步反应制备离子液体1-丁基-3-甲基咪唑六氟磷酸盐的合成实验作为化学、材料等相关专业高年级本科生或研究生的实验教学内容。实验以水作为反应介质,无需对中间产物进行分离纯化,简单的实验条件下便可完成实验。产物经FTIR1、H-NMR表征,纯度和收率皆较高。通过实验,不仅可以让学生了解离子液体制备的相关知识,还可以向学生介绍水相有机反应、"一锅法"合成等绿色化学的基本概念。 相似文献

探讨了新型离子液体载体1-（6-氯己基）-3-甲基咪唑氯盐的简便、高产率的合成方法。先以氯取代醇和氮杂环化合物（N-甲基咪唑、吡啶）为原料,采用一步法合成了一系列带有羟基的功能化离子液体中间体,然后选择其中在室温下呈液态且对于空气和水稳定的1-（6-羟己基）-3-甲基咪唑氯盐,与氯化亚砜发生分子内的亲核取代反应,合成了新型离子液体载体1-（6-氯己基）-3-甲基咪唑氯盐。合成的4种中间体及目标产物采用红外光谱和核磁共振谱1H NMR等对其结构进行了表征。 相似文献

离子液体为反应溶剂的条件下,以吗啉、浓盐酸、双氰胺为原料通过缩合反应合成盐酸吗啉双胍。考察离子液体的用量、反应时间、反应物摩尔比、反应温度等影响因素对收率的影响。研究盐酸吗啉双胍与离子液体分离和纯化的方法。研究结果表明:在离子液体为反应溶剂的条件下以吗啉、浓盐酸、双氰胺为原料通过缩合反应合成盐酸吗啉双胍的方法简单,产品易于分离。通过对影响因素的考察,找到了最佳合成条件:物料配比为1:1.1;最佳反应时间为3 h;缩合反应温度为135℃。 相似文献

Word is the smallest, independent, meaningful linguistic unit of language. It can well reflect the national and historical characteristics. From synchronic aspect, the social and cultural influence on word meaning is mainly embodied in conceptual and associative meanings of word. The incorrespondence of word meaning is a phenomenon that exists in both conceptual and associative meanings of word among different languages. From diachronic aspect, the development of social culture causes some changes of word meaning to some extent.
