【目的】 探讨科技期刊在国家实施创新驱动发展战略中助力地方科技创新、服务经济发展的作用与潜能。【方法】 从科技期刊的基本功能出发,分析科技期刊在科研成果传播、科研人才培养中所具备的优势,以及在科研成果转化中的纽带作用。【结果】 科技期刊可为地方科技创新提供技术支撑和知识服务,但目前存在重发表、轻应用,科研单位与生产企业间信息沟通不畅等问题。【结论】 科技期刊应以地方科技创新需求为目标,采取加强区域内期刊合作等服务地方科技创新的方法与路径。  相似文献

【目的】在媒体融合的背景下,总结出可行性较强的科技期刊融媒体传播策略,以期使科技期刊能够以更加积极主动的态度、更加丰富和贴近用户实际需求的功能、更加多元的传播形式和传播渠道面向学术用户,从而提高科技期刊的融媒体传播能力。【方法】以满足用户的学术需求为理念,分析科技期刊融媒体传播面临的挑战和机遇,并对《中国有色金属学报》融媒体传播实践案例的具体内容和效果进行研究。【结果】从服务、平台、内容、效率4个维度提出普适性较强的科技期刊传播策略。【结论】增强服务意识、建设传播平台、优化传播内容、提升传播效率是增强科技期刊传播能力和学术服务的重要手段,可以扩大科技期刊的影响力,实现科技期刊的高质量传播。  相似文献

【目的】探讨国外科技期刊对播客的应用实践,为国内科技期刊利用播客进行转型和发展提供建议。【方法】采用文献分析法和个案研究法,研究国外代表性期刊利用播客进行学术知识传播的应用实践,同时结合我国科技期刊自身的特点,总结国内科技期刊应用播客的可行策略。【结果】国外科技期刊利用播客推动学术资源开放获取、增强出版机构用户黏性、扩大学术知识服务范围。我国科技期刊应抓住播客产业迅速发展、科技期刊“走出去”、国家鼓励知识开放共享的良好机遇,从搭建知识服务场景、拓展盈利模式、规范播客运营、打造激励机制、强化社交属性、增强用户互动等方面打造有特色的播客内容。【结论】在融媒场景下,我国科技期刊不仅可以利用播客推动学术知识更广泛的传播,还可以开辟一条创新转型路径,从而提高我国科技期刊的国际影响力,更好地促进知识传播向知识服务转变,取得更大的经济效益和社会效益。  相似文献

【目的】 探讨长尾理论对数字期刊产品的影响和作用,为科技期刊提供更具有互联网时代意义的定位思路和发展策略。【方法】 分析长尾理论作用于科技期刊的条件与效应,探索长尾理论修正期刊评价二八定律的作用,提出重视长尾策略的期刊定位思路,并概括因此带来的启示。【结果】 数字化科技期刊具备长尾形成所需要的前提条件;长尾理论对核心期刊、非核心期刊的观念具有修正作用;长尾理论的细分市场思路可以为期刊定位提供导向作用。【结论】 长尾理论对科技期刊的发展具有差异化期刊定位、媒体融合和互联网思维、按需出版和服务、营销模式更新等方面的启发。  相似文献

【目的】构建科技期刊传播力评价模型,为我国科技期刊传播力建设和评价提供参考。【方法】采用文献综述法,以5W传播模式为理论框架,探讨科技期刊传播力评价的特征和内涵。透过评价相关理论和实践研究现状,对应传播维度、梳理评价要素、归纳评价方法。【结果】构建包含品牌权威度、信息服务力、渠道输出力、需求响应力、活动认同度5项一级指标及媒体矩阵等13项二级指标的科技期刊传播力多维评价模型,实现对科技期刊传播活动及成效的全局性、系统性揭示。【结论】围绕科技期刊传播力评价各项关切议题形成解决方案,完善期刊评价研究和管理体系,切实发挥评价机制功能,促进我国科技期刊能力建设和高质量发展。  相似文献

【目的】将传统媒体与新兴媒体相互融合、相互促进、共同发展,提出全媒体知识服务体系的构建概念,希望为其他科技类期刊开展全媒体知识服务提供一些借鉴。 【方法】 从数字技术在出版领域的应用展开探讨,分析构建科技期刊全媒体知识服务体系的必要性。 【结果】 提出以数字出版平台为核心,构建该服务体系的结构模型,介绍了中国激光杂志社在建立科技期刊全媒体知识服务体系过程中的实践经验,总结了其在探索中的创新与发展前景。 【结论】 通过构建全媒体知识服务体系,向全媒体的转型是科技期刊数字化改革的一种较为稳妥并具有可操作性的思路。  相似文献

【目的】基于科研全流程构建科技期刊数字学术服务框架,为科技期刊开展数字学术服务提供理论与实践指导,促使科技期刊更好地发挥融入科研、嵌入科研、服务科研的学术交流作用。【方法】通过文献调研法、网络调研法和案例分析法,将科研全流程划分为科研准备期、科研成果发表过程和科研成果发表后三个阶段,对三个阶段的科技期刊数字学术服务模式进行调研和总结分析。【结果】科研准备期的典型数字学术服务模式可归纳为高级知识检索服务、知识服务、智能服务(科研辅助)等;科研成果发表过程的典型数字学术服务模式可归纳为论文投稿支持、新型出版服务和科研数据服务等;科研成果发表后的典型数字学术服务模式可归纳为论文推送服务、网络传播服务、学术交流社区服务和科研成果评价服务等。【结论】所构建的框架结合科研各流程需求,系统总结科技期刊在不同阶段所提供的数字学术服务。各阶段服务内容和服务方式的调研结果表明:国外大型出版集团引领着各个阶段服务的发展;我国科技期刊数字学术服务的整体水平较低,无论是提供科技期刊论文集成服务的数据库商、拥有多种科技期刊的期刊集群平台,还是单刊出版平台,在开展并提供数字学术服务方面都有较大的提升空间。  相似文献

【目的】总结归纳科技期刊创新成果的公众传播现状,指出以科技期刊为载体的创新成果传播存在的问题,并探索以科技期刊为主体的公众传播和推广策略。【方法】通过文献调研、网络调研,了解国内外出版商和科技期刊的公众传播案例,总结科技期刊开展公众传播的经验。通过问卷调研,了解科研人员、期刊编辑、新闻记者对于科技期刊公众科学传播的态度。【结果】科技期刊重视创新成果在公众传播领域的推送,采用社交媒体、新闻媒体渠道组织丰富的文章呈现方式,为将象牙塔的最新成果转化为公众感兴趣的、具有科普效果的内容做了良好的示范。【结论】我国科技期刊围绕创新成果开展科学普及多为自发行为,受限于人力、财力,同时缺乏与媒体有效的沟通机制,科学传播动力不足。开放科学时代,科技期刊开展公众传播需要明确“定位”、做好“分级”、建立“出口”、打通“渠道”、落实“政策”,搭建“科技期刊-传播媒介-大众”这一有效的传播链条,实现科技创新与科学普及两翼齐飞。  相似文献

【目的】 探索开放型办刊模式,找到期刊转型发展的着力点,为高校科技期刊创新发展提供思路。【方法】 以《药学进展》的改版实践为切入点,探讨办刊主体重构、编委队伍架构、学术活动策划、选题组稿策划4个举措所取得的成效。【结果】 《药学进展》办刊主体和编委队伍的重建以及学术活动和选题组稿策划均表现出“开放”的内涵,期刊有效转型为“知识服务载体+智库+交流平台”的复合型媒体。【结论】 办刊主体、编委队伍架构和学术活动均可作为办刊资源,服务于选题组稿策划。开放办刊是期刊转型发展的有效途径,有助于提高期刊核心竞争力,从而提升期刊品牌价值。  相似文献

【目的】探索利用新媒体技术对科技期刊用户服务方式进行创新,以期为不同类型的用户提供更精准的服务,也为我国科技期刊的用户服务提供参考。【方法】结合《遥感学报》新媒体运营实践,采用问卷调查、用户访谈、数据分析3种方法,多维度调研用户对新媒体服务的需求,利用多种新媒体手段为学生、青年学者、资深专家等不同用户提供差异化服务。【结果】通过实践,《遥感学报》的品牌形象更加深入人心,收获了大量新的用户和粉丝,在吸引优质稿源、组织学术活动、扩大期刊影响力等方面均有所提升。【结论】科技期刊要以用户需求为导向,深入分析不同用户群体的多元化需求,利用多种媒体手段提供差异化服务,加强各媒体平台的互联互动、互促互补,实现新媒体与科技期刊的融合创新,助力一流学术期刊建设。  相似文献

Aresearch group led by Prof. ZHAI Qiwei from the Institute for Nutritional Sciences under the CAS Shanghai Institutes for Biological Sciences has discovered that even relatively low doses of resveratrol--a chemical found in the skins of red grapes and in red wine--can improve the sensitivity of mice to the hormone insulin, according to a report in the October,2007 issue of Cell Metabolism. As insulin resistance is often characterized as the most critical factor contributing to the development of Type 2 diabetes, the findings“provide a potential new therapeutic approach for preventing or treating” both conditions, the researchers said.  相似文献

This study examined how students who had no prior experience with videoconferencing would react to the use of videoconferencing as an instructional medium. Students enrolled in seven different courses completed a questionnaire at the beginning of the semester and again at the end of the semester. Students at the origination and remote sites did not differ in their reactions toward videoconferencing but there was a significant difference for gender. Women reacted less favorably to videoconferencing. Compared to the beginning of the semester, students reported significantly less positive attitudes toward taking a course through videoconferencing at the end of the semester. There were no significant differences in students' attitudes toward videoconferencing across courses at the beginning of the semester but there were significant differences across the courses at the end of the semester. The results suggest the need for better preparation for both students and instructors.  相似文献

Ajoint study by Prof. ZHANG Zhibin from the CAS Institute of Zoology and his co-workers from Norway, US and Swiss have indicated that historical outbreaks of migratory locusts in China were associated with cold spells, suggesting that China's projected climate warming could decrease the pest's numbers. A computer-mediated group is a complex entity whose members exchange many types of information via multiple means of communication in pursuit of goals specific to their environment. Over time, they coordinate technical features of media with locally enacted use to achieve a viable working arrangement. To explore this complex interaction, a case study is presented of the social networks of interactions and media use among members of a class of computer-supported distance learners. Results show how group structures associated with project teams dominated who communicated with whom, about what, and via which media over the term, and how media came to occupy their own communication niches: Webboard for diffuse class-wide communication; Internet Relay Chat more to named others but still for general communication across the class; and e-mail primarily for intrateam communication. Face-to-face interaction, occurring only during a short on-campus session, appears to have had a catalytic effect on social and emotional exchanges. Results suggest the need to structure exchanges to balance class-wide sharing of ideas with subgroup interactions that facilitate project completion, and to provide media that support these two modes of interaction.  相似文献

Electronic data interchange (EDI) provides means for interorganizational communication, creates network externalities, requires an advanced information technology (IT) infrastructure, and relies on standards. In the diffusion of such innovations, institutional involvement is imperative. Such institutions contain governmental agencies, national and global standardization organizations, local government, and nonprofit private organizations like industry associations. The last type of organizations we call intermediating institutions. They intermediate or coordinate ("inscribe") the activities of a group of would-be adopters. Unfortunately, little is known of how these organizations shape the EDI diffusion trajectory. In this article we examine one specific type of intermediating organizations?industry associations?and how they advanced the EDI diffusion process in the grocery sectors of Hong Kong, Denmark and Finland. We identify six institutional measures, placed into a matrix formed by the mode of involvement (influence vs. regulation) and the type of diffusion force (supply push vs. demand pull), that can be mobilized to further the EDI diffusion. Industry associations were found to be active users of all these measures to varying degrees. Their role was critical especially in knowledge building, knowledge deployment, and standard setting. Furthermore, institutional involvement varied due to policy and cultural contingencies and power dependencies.  相似文献

This essay focuses on universal service and the Internet as means to support social and political participation. The emphasis on access to telecommunications systems in conventional approaches to universal service is contrasted with access to content. A model of the information environment is described that accounts for the roles of content and conduit, both of which are necessary conditions to achieve true access. The increasing prospects of digital piracy has prompted the perceived need by electronic publishers to adopt technical systems of protection, and governments to reform their copyright laws. This article is a preliminary study of the management of intellectual property by electronic publishers, defined as those involved in the production of online databases, and CD-ROMs. It focuses on three main issues: (1) how electronic publishers view the increasing threat of piracy; (2) the methods of protection employed to protect intellectual property in digital format; and (3) the importance of technological protection of intellectual property in electronic publications. The analysis is based on a sample of 23 UK electronic publishers. The interviews revealed an interesting assortment of protection methods and did not show that technological protection was a preferred way. Instead, the means of protection, in addition to copyright law, comprised niche markets, pricing, trust, bad publicity, and nontechnical and technical means.  相似文献
