传统的两缺口分析把引进外资与储蓄缺口或外汇缺口相联系,认为储蓄过剩与引进外资是不可能并存的,这与我国的实际情况不同。在我国经济运行中,一方面存在储蓄过剩,另一方面又有大量外资流入。这种矛盾既是我国资本运行低效率的反映,同时也是我国经济开放条件下储蓄投资不协调、非均衡的反映。储蓄过剩与外资流入的矛盾既不能通过控制国内储蓄来解决,也不能通过限制外资流入来解决,解决的根本之路是在提高资本运行效率的基础上,按照储蓄国内和国际均衡配置的要求协调引进外资与对外投资,提高储蓄投资的均衡水平。 相似文献

运用三阶段生命周期消费理论构造的储蓄－投资行为的微观模型，可以分析存款在财富积累过程不同阶段中的不同作用，表明利率政策通过既影响内源融资投资的收益又影响外源融资的可能性从而影响资本形成。基于微观模型的储蓄－投产行为的宏观模型，可以阐释利率对总储蓄、总投资及货币需求的作用机制。基于跨时期理论的分析框架，说明了麦金农－肖两假说间的相容性，强调了利率作用于投资储蓄及手续资产等决定时的时滞性。上述理论对我国如何确定总投资、总储蓄及货币需求，提供有益的借鉴。 相似文献

利用我国1980-2004年的样本数据,考察居民储蓄、政府储蓄与投资之间的长期动态关系,协整检验表明:储蓄与投资之间存在长期的均衡关系,而且当前政府储蓄的转化效率要远远高于居民储蓄的转化效率.进一步的Granger因果检验也表明,储蓄的变化影响投资的变化.基于上述的实证分析,提出了一些改善转化效率的措施. 相似文献

我国的“双溢出”现象日益严重，这是由诸多因素造成的：我国存在大量资本外逃的现象；我国储蓄漏损严重；存在着被动型资本外流现象；引资主体的引资行为错位。因此，我们应采取相关政策，从制度上入手避免资本外逃，疏通由国内储蓄向投资转化的传导机制，避免引资错位行为。我们应注意改变投资策略，增加引进外资、吸收先进技术的能力，以更好地利用外资，带动经济发展。 相似文献
