The whole process of octadecyltrichlorosilane (OTS) self-assembled monolayer formation on glass surface was clearly revealed by using Atomic Force Microscope (AFM). The growth regularity pattern of OTS self-assembled monolayer on glass substrate was obtained by analyses of the AFM images and the average surface mean roughness (R avg) of the sample surfaces. The adsorption feature of OTS molecules on the substrate surface during the initial reaction period was probed through a comparison experiment. MBE growth of ZnSxSe1-x thin films on ITO coated glass substrates were carried out using ZnS and Se sources with the substrate temperature ranging from 270℃ to 330℃. The XRD θ/2θ spectra resulted from these films indicated that the as-grown polycrystalline ZnSxSe1-x thin films had a preferred orientation along the (111) planes. The evaluated crystal sizes as deduced from the FWHM of the XRD layer peaks showed strong growth temperature dependence, with the optimized temperature being about 290℃. Both AFM and TEM measurements of these thin films also indicated a similar growth temperature dependence. High quality ZnSxSe1-x thin film grown at the optimized temperature had the smoothest surface with lowest RMS value of 1.2 nm and TEM cross-sectional micrograph showing a well defined columnar structure.  相似文献

采用溶胶凝胶(sol-gel)法,在普通载玻片上成功制备ZnO薄膜,对于不同退火温度样品采用X射线衍射仪(XRD)、原子力显微镜(AFM)、紫外可见分光光度计(UVS)及光致荧光光谱(PL)对样品的结构、形貌和光学特性进行表征.XRD谱表明在300℃、400℃、500℃退火处理的样品都有较好的c轴择优取向,而且随着退火温度的升高择优取向明显改善.透射谱中能观察到明显的ZnO吸收边.用AFM观察到的样品表面形貌表明,退火温度提高使样品表面更加平整,同时粒径变大.PL谱中在380nm附近可观察到明显发光峰.  相似文献

结合指导教师的科研项目,培养研究生和本科生在科研理念引导下,通过"脉冲激光沉积InGaZnO薄膜制备"的实践过程,使学生在毕业设计的有限时间内利用实验室的科研设备,完成InGaZnO靶材制备,在非晶材料上的脉冲激光沉积薄膜,并对制备出的靶材和薄膜的形貌结构、XRD、PL等光谱的检测。通过透明氧化物半导体薄膜制备的实践锻炼,使学生经历了知识、能力、科研素质和创新能力的培养,同时探索在实践教学和科研中如何发挥学生的创新意识和独立从事科研的能力。  相似文献

为了解决汽车玻璃钢化模具生产中依赖五轴机床加工的问题,提出以离散化曲面片拟合钢化模具工作型面的方法。首先根据玻璃模型的微分几何特征计算得加权平均弧长,按照等弧长等原则剖分玻璃模型,并设计风栅片的尺寸、公差,确定其技术要求;研究了风栅铝片三轴铣削加工中装夹方法、刀具选择、走刀规划以及切削参数确定方法;通过设计纵向靠尺的方法实现大量铝片的精确装配。结果表明,该方法生产出的风栅成型模具符合生产要求。  相似文献

用凝胶溶胶(sol—gel)法在普通截玻片和si上生长了稀土La掺杂ZnO薄膜,稀土La^3+离子和Zn^2+浓度摩尔比分别为1%,2%,3%.通过X射线衍射仪(XRD)、紫外可见分光光度计(UVS)、原子力显微镜(AFM)、光致发光(PL)等对薄膜的结构、光学特性、形貌进行表征,结果显示不同浓度La掺杂的ZnO薄膜均为六角纤锌矿结构,薄膜表面颗粒均匀平整,随着掺杂浓度的提高,La掺杂ZnO薄膜的紫外发光峰出现蓝移现象.  相似文献

原子力显微镜(AFM)是在扫描隧道显微镜(STM)基础上发明的又一种纳米级高分辨率显微技术,目前已在高分子领域获得了广泛的应用.AFM无需对样品进行任何预处理即可对各种材料进行微观区域的表面形貌及机械性能探测,或者直接进行纳米操纵.表文则从表征聚合物聚集态、物理性质、分子量及其分布等几个方面综述了当前AFM应用于高分子材料研究的最新进展和新技术.  相似文献

采用改进的Hummers方法制备了多层氧化石墨烯(Few-layered Graphene Oxide,FGO),并使用X-射线衍射(XRD)和原子力显微镜(AFM)对其结构进行了表征,提出了FGO的分子结构模型,通过AFM可知FGO主要由2~6层的单层氧化石墨烯组成.将FGO的水相悬浮液与含有油溶性还原剂的氯仿溶液进行混合反应,得到了部分还原的FGO(R-FGO),AFM结果表明R-FGO由平整的类氧化石墨烯(GO)层和卷曲的类石墨烯(G)层构成,其可在水中分散,且具有一定的导电性.  相似文献

用布儒斯特角显微镜研究了花生酸分子成膜过程中单分子膜表面形貌的动态变化,发现在气/液界面上花生酸分子首先形成岛状分布,随着表面压的增加形成完整的单分子膜,而当表面压达到崩溃压后薄膜出现裂纹,分子膜重叠,形成多层膜。分析了花生酸单分子膜的形成机理。  相似文献

超薄液晶显示器(LCD)模块在经历了热压键合后,由于驱动芯片和玻璃基板之间的温度差异较大,会引起一定程度上的翘曲,并最终导致连接点界面分层现象的发生,影响器件连接可靠性。用实验的方法对比进行研究比较困难,我们用有限元数值模拟的方法并选择通用软件ANSYS对这一现象进行了分析;并详细分析了键合压力、温度、基板温度和IC/玻璃厚度对翘曲的影响。从分析中得知,导致玻璃翘曲的主要原因是键合温度。  相似文献

Reading relies on a left‐lateralized network of brain areas that include the pre‐lexical processing regions of the ventral stream. Specifically, a region in the left lateral occipitotemporal sulcus (OTS) is consistently more activated for visual presentations of words than for other categories of stimuli. This region undergoes dramatic changes at the functional and structural levels when children learn to read, but little is known about the effects of early cerebral constraints on reading skills. Using anatomical magnetic resonance imaging, we investigated whether the sulcal pattern of the lateral OTS—a stable brain feature—was associated with oral reading skills. The sulcal pattern of the left but not the right lateral OTS was associated with the number of words correctly read in 3 min. This study is the first to evidence that reading is affected by early cerebral constraints, such as the sulcal morphology of the left lateral OTS.  相似文献

采用射频磁控溅射法制备了锐钛矿相TiO2薄膜,在基片温度、溅射功率、溅射时间以及靶材与基片间的距离等因素不变的情况下,研究不同氩氧分压比对薄膜亲水性能的影响。通过原子力显微镜(AFM)、X射线衍射光谱(XRD)表征了薄膜的微观表面形貌和晶相组成,采用静态接触角(SCA)评估薄膜的亲水性。实验结果表明不同氩氧比制备的锐钛矿相TiO2薄膜,紫外光照12 h后,接触角降到10o左右,而氩氧比小于等于5:5的接触角都低至5o左右,达到了超亲水性。氩氧分压比为4:6时,样品薄膜的光致亲水性最佳且光照后亲水性的保持较长。  相似文献

C60是碳的一种同素异形体,具有很多奇特的物理化学性质,[1]Langmuir-Blodgett膜(LB膜)是形成C60分子有序结构的一种有效的方法。[2]通过研究沉积在亲水玻璃基底上的单层C60/SA LB复合膜和单层C60/AA LB复合膜的π-A曲线和原子力显微镜(AFM)图片,发现C60/SA LB复合膜排列更为均匀有序,而C60/AA LB复合膜排布不如C60/SA LB复合膜均匀有序,但是膜的厚度较薄。  相似文献
