A new and systematic method to design digital controllers for uncertain chaotic systems with structured uncertainties is presented in this paper. Takagi-Sugeno (TS) fuzzy model is used to model the chaotic dynamic system, while the uncertainties are decomposed such that the uncertain chaotic system can be rewritten as a set of local linear models with an additional disturbed input. Conventional control techniques are utilized to develop the continuous-time controllers first. Then, the digital controllers are obtained as the digital redesign of the continuous-time controllers using the state-matching approach. The performance of the proposed controller design is illustrated through numerical examples.  相似文献

This paper is concerned with the quadratic stability analysis and robust distributed controllers design of both continuous-time and discrete-time uncertain spatially interconnected systems (USISs), where uncertainties are modeled by linear fractional transformation (LFT). The well-posedness, quadratic stability, and contractiveness of USISs are properly defined for the first time. A sufficient condition employing the given system matrices is established to check the well-posedness, quadratic stability and contractiveness. This condition is simpler than the existing conditions based on the decomposition of system matrices. Based on the new condition derived, a sufficient condition is given for the existence of robust distributed controllers and a constructive method is then presented for the design of robust distributed controllers. The advantage of the proposed constructive approach is that it employs the given system matrices while the existing methods conduct the bilinear transformation on these matrices when design controllers, and consequently, the constructive approach in this paper is computationally more efficient than the existing methods. Several examples are included to demonstrate the simplicity, efficiency and applicability of the derived theoretical results.  相似文献

This paper deals with the problem of delay-dependent dissipative control for a class of linear time-delay systems. We develop the design methods of dissipative static state feedback and dynamic output feedback controllers such that the closed-loop system is quadratically stable and strictly (Q,S,R)-dissipative. Sufficient conditions for the existence of the quadratic dissipative controllers are obtained by using linear matrix inequality (LMI) approach. Furthermore, a procedure of constructing such controllers from the solutions of LMIs is given. It is shown that the solvability of a dissipative controller design problem is implied by the feasibility of LMIs. The main results of this paper unify the existing results on H control and passive control.  相似文献

Though over the years, mathematical modelling of fuzzy PID controllers is carried out extensively with two-dimensional and three-dimensional input spaces, the modelling is rarely attempted using one-dimensional input space. In this paper, this gap is reduced by proposing a simple approach where each of the fuzzy P, fuzzy I, and fuzzy D components is modelled using one-dimensional input space and merged to provide the complete PID action. Another speciality of the proposed approach is that it does not require any AND or OR operator for obtaining the mathematical models of individual PID components. To the best of author’s knowledge, such a modelling approach is completely new. This newly introduced idea of modelling is further extended to fractional order fuzzy PID controllers. Applicability of the proposed fuzzy controllers is delineated with four simulation examples and one real-time experimentation case study. To understand the usefulness of the proposed control schemes, performances of the newly obtained controllers are compared with the results available in literature. As the proposed controllers are model-free controllers, they can easily be implemented for other control applications also.  相似文献

Designing high performance controllers for multirotors is a rigorous task that is often solved by trial and error approach. Trial and error tuning usually results in non-optimal controller parameters. Tuning controllers based on the existing quadrotor models would result in poor performance of quadrotors due to simplifications and inaccuracies in the underlying models. In this paper optimal tuning rules for quadrotor attitude dynamics are designed, which guarantees near-optimal performance and robustness. A single in-flight run of the Modified Relay Feedback Test that takes only few seconds with guaranteed stability is enough to have near-optimal tuning of the controller. The designed tuning rule is tested experimentally in-flight on a custom-built quadrotor. The results showed significant advantages in performance and robustness due to the proposed approach.  相似文献

This paper addresses the problem of robust stabilization for uncertain discrete-time singular large-scale systems with parameter uncertainties. The system under consideration is not necessarily regular. The parameter uncertainties are assumed to be time invariant, but norm-bounded. The purpose of the robust stabilization problem is to design state feedback controllers such that, for all admissible uncertainties, the closed-loop system is regular, causal and stable. In terms of strict LMIs, sufficient conditions for the solvability of the problem is presented, and the parameterization of desired state feedback controllers is also given. A numerical example is given to demonstrate the applicability of the proposed design approach.  相似文献

Power-system stability improvement by a static synchronous series compensator (SSSC)-based damping controller is thoroughly investigated in this paper. Both local and remote signals with associated time delays are considered in the present study. The design problem of the proposed controller is formulated as an optimization problem, and differential evolution (DE) algorithm is employed to search for the optimal controller parameters. The performances of the proposed controllers are evaluated under different disturbances for both single-machine infinite-bus power system and multi-machine power system. The performance of the proposed controllers with variations in the signal transmission delays has also been investigated. Simulation results are presented and compared with a recently published modern heuristic optimization technique under various disturbances to show the effectiveness and robustness of the proposed approach. The performances of the proposed controllers are also evaluated under N−2 contingency situation.  相似文献

In this paper, we consider the H2-optimal control problem subject to the constraint that the resulting controller be strictly positive real. A direct numerical optimization approach is adopted in conjunction with a controller parametrization that is linear in the unknown parameters. The SPR constraint is easily expressed at each frequency in the form of a linear inequality. The method is applied to a numerical example from the literature and good results are achieved. In particular, the proposed method is particularly adept at determining low order controllers.  相似文献

In this paper two robust controllers for a multivariable vertical short take-off and landing (VSTOL) aircraft system are designed and compared. The aim of these controllers is to achieve robust stability margins and good performance in step response of the system. LQG/LTR method is a systematic design approach based on shaping and recovering open-loop singular values while mixed-sensitivity H method is established by defining appropriate weighting functions to achieve good performance and robustness. Comparison of the two controllers show that LQG method requires rate feedback to increase damping of closed-loop system, while H controller by only proper choose the weighting functions, meets the same performance for step response. Output robustness of both controllers is good but H controller has poor input stability margin. The net controller order of H is higher than the LQG/LTR method and the control effort of them is in the acceptable range.  相似文献

This paper investigates the non-fragile control for positive Markovian jump systems both in continuous-time and discrete-time cases with actuator uncertainty. It is assumed that the coefficient matrices of the non-fragile controller is unknown and bounded. The state-feedback controller gain consists of nominal controller gain and gain perturbation. First, a set of state-feedback controllers for the considered system are designed by using a stochastic co-positive Lyapunov function integrated with linear programming approach. Under the designed controllers, the resulting closed-loop systems are positive and stochastically stable. Then, the proposed controller design approach is extended to discrete-time systems. Through comparisons, it is shown that existing results are special cases of the presented ones in the paper. Finally, two examples are given to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed design.  相似文献

This paper focuses on the problem of semi-global output-feedback stabilization for a class of switched nonlinear time-delay systems in strict-feedback form. A switched state observer is first constructed, then switched linear output-feedback controllers for individual subsystems are designed. By skillfully constructing multiple Lyapunov–Krasovskii functionals and successfully solving several troublesome obstacles, such as time-varying delay and switching signals and nonlinearity in the design procedure, the switched linear output-feedback controllers designed can render the resulting closed-loop switched system semi-globally stabilizable under a class of switching signals with average dwell time. Furthermore, under some milder conditions on nonlinearities, the semi-global output-feedback stabilization problem for switched nonlinear time-delay systems is also studied. Simulation studies on two examples, which include a continuous stirred tank reactor, are carried out to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed approach.  相似文献

This paper investigates the mixed H and passive control problem for a class of nonlinear switched systems based on a hybrid control strategy. To solve this problem, firstly, using the Takagi–Sugeno (T–S) fuzzy model to approximate every nonlinear subsystem, the nonlinear switched systems are modeled as the switched T–S fuzzy systems. Secondly, the hybrid controllers are used to stabilize the switched T–S fuzzy systems. The hybrid controllers consist of dynamic output-feedback controllers for every subsystem and state updating controllers at the switching instant. Thirdly, a new performance index is proposed for switched systems. This new performance index can be viewed as the mixed weighted H and passivity performance. Based on this new performance index, the weighted H control problem and the passive control problem for switched T–S fuzzy systems via the hybrid control strategy are solved in a unified framework. Together the multiple Lyapunov functions (MLFs) approach with the average dwell time (ADT) technique, new design conditions for the hybrid controllers are obtained. Under these conditions, the closed-loop switched T–S fuzzy systems are globally uniformly asymptotically stable with a prescribed mixed H and passivity performance index. Moreover, the desired hybrid controllers can be constructed by solving a set of linear matrix inequalities (LMIs). Finally, the effectiveness of the obtained results is illustrated by a numerical example.  相似文献

In this paper, the finite-time stability and asynchronous resilient control for a class of Itô stochastic semi-Markov jump systems are studied. Firstly, the sufficient conditions of the finite-time stability for stochastic semi-Markovian jump systems are given. Secondly, the state feedback and observer-based finite-time asynchronous resilient controllers are designed. By multiple Lyapunov functions approach, the sufficient conditions for the existence of these two types of controllers which make the system stochastically stabilizable in finite time are given. Compared with nonresilient case, the existence of the resilient controller can eliminate the influence of the uncertainties and get better results. Finally, a numerical example is given to verify the effectiveness of our results.  相似文献

In this paper, the distributed impulsive control for heterogeneous multi-agent systems based on event-triggered approach is investigated. According to whether the information transfer of the dynamic compensator is continuous or not, two different kinds of impulsive controllers are designed, respectively. Based on these two kinds of controllers, the corresponding distributed event-triggered conditions are provided, which make the impulsive instants of all agents do not need occur simultaneously. Moreover, the lower bound of impulsive intervals can also be guaranteed for all the event-triggered conditions, which means that the control schemes given in this paper can avoid the Zeno-behavior successfully. Eventually, a simulation example is proposed to support the effectiveness of the results obtained in this paper.  相似文献

This paper presents an effective approach to stabilize nonlinear multiple time-delay (NMTD) interconnected systems via a composite of fuzzy controllers and dithers. First, a neural-network (NN) model is employed to approximate each subsystem. Then, the dynamics of the NN model is converted into a linear differential inclusion (LDI) state-space representation. Next, in terms of Lyapunov?s direct method, a delay-dependent stability criterion is derived to guarantee the exponential stability of the NMTD interconnected system. Subsequently, the stability conditions of this criterion are reformulated into a linear matrix inequality (LMI). Based on the LMI, a robustness design of fuzzy control is synthesized not only to stabilize the NMTD interconnected system but also to achieve the optimal H performance by minimizing the disturbance attenuation level. A set of high-frequency signals (commonly referred to as dithers) is simultaneously injected to stabilize the NMTD interconnected system when the designed fuzzy controllers cannot stabilize it. If the dithers’ frequencies are high enough, the outputs of the dithered interconnected system and those of its corresponding mathematical model, the relaxed interconnected system, can be made as close as desired. This makes it possible to get a rigorous prediction of the stability of the dithered interconnected system by establishing the stability of the relaxed interconnected system. Finally, a numerical example with simulations is given to illustrate the feasibility of our approach.  相似文献

In this paper, we study the state feedback stabilization of dynamic-algebraic Boolean control networks (DABCNs). Using a novel normalization approach, we present necessary and sufficient conditions for the feedback stabilization of DABCNs, and a construction method for the corresponding feedback controllers is proposed. In this paper, we investigate the problem of finite-time stabilization of time-varying delayed neural networks with uncertainty. By employing the Lyapunov approach and linear matrix inequalities (LMIs), two different memory controllers are derived to achieve the finite-time stabilization of the addressed neural networks. Moreover, the upper bound of the setting-time for stabilization can be estimated via different Lyapunov functions. Our results improve and extend some recent works. Finally, the effectiveness and feasibility of the proposed controllers are demonstrated by numerical simulations.  相似文献

This paper deals with the simultaneous coordinated design of power system stabilizer (PSS) and the flexible ac transmission systems (FACTS) controller. The problem of guaranteed cost reliable control with regional pole constraint against actuator failures is investigated. The state feedback controllers are designed to guarantee the closed loop system satisfying the desired pole region, thus achieving satisfactory oscillation damping and settling time, and having the guaranteed cost performance simultaneously. The proposed controllers satisfy desired dynamic characteristics even in faults cases. The controller's parameters are obtained using the linear matrix inequalities (LMI) optimization. Simulation results validate the effectiveness of this approach.  相似文献
