电子教参在当今高校教学创新转型过程中扮演着重要的角色,对图书馆来说为老师和学生提供与课程需求相符的、全面的、充分的、个性化的在线课程教学参考资源服务是迎合当前高校教学信息化的创新与变革的关键切入点。本文提出了在当前图书馆LSP(FOLIO)微服务环境与在线学习管理系统(LMS)微服务环境下,构建电子教参服务内容与服务接口,同时基于LTI(学习工具互操作性)标准来实现开放式的电子教参服务的思路和方法。这是上海交通大学建设基于FOLIO平台的第一个App应用的基础工作,改变了传统的电子教参建设思路,探索了微服务架构下图书馆新的服务模式和技术策略,提升了图书馆服务的开放性和影响力。 相似文献

ABSTRACT A case study of a large urban academic library with an established electronic reserve system and copyright management database was attempted in order to analyze restrictions in publishers' electronic reserve copyright policies. The researcher proposed that publishers' electronic reserve copyright policies and the treatment of copyright permission requests restrict what and how much can be made available to students on an electronic reserve system. Background research on fair use, copyright laws, and library and publisher policies and positions on electronic reserve copyright issues is presented. The research methodology is outlined and analysis tools are explained. The results of the study and suggestions for future research are discussed. Computerization of reserve section records enabled a midwest academic library to institute a systematic weeding procedure and to create an easy, accurate, and up-tp-date indexing system for the reserve book collection. Data for the system is maintained on an IBM 3741 key-to-diskette data station, on floppy diskettes. The system produces an author (main entry) master list which reformats as a title index, a course number index, and an instructor name index. Implementation of the system resulted in the withdrawal of over 10,000 obsolete items and reduced the size of the reserve collection by 50 percent. Circulation statistics indicated that the elimination of the obsolete materials has not adversely affected the use of current reserve materials. 相似文献

ABSTRACT The current popular trend in library security is the installation of electronic book theft detection systems to combat the attempted removal of library materials that have not been checked-out at the circulation desk. Although these systems have been reported to deter theft by library patrons, no electronic book theft detection system is foolproof. To rely solely on an electronic system to provide collection security is foolish. To truly ensure the security of a library collection, a total security program is necessary. Implementation of electronic reserves in academic libraries represents one of the most important advances in libraries for patrons in many years. Some academic libraries offer faculty peace of mind by assuming responsibility for copyright clearance for electronic reserve services. Libraries have the specialized equipment to scan and edit files to make them readable and easily downloaded by students. Libraries also have sufficient electronic storage to hold scanned material for future semesters. This paper examines how electronic reserves are managed in a large academic library system. The short history behind electronic reserves at Pennsylvania State University Libraries and the procedures associated with creating and maintaining the reserve system, will be considered, as well as offering a statistical assessment of how electronic reserves have affected the other services of the University Libraries. Finally, issues surrounding electronic reserves, fair use, copyright and Pennsylvania State University Libraries' procedures will be explored. 相似文献

Since the introduction of university regional campuses in Ohio, providing library services has been challenging. Because of new technologies, restricted budgets, and fewer staff, even recently implemented methods and procedures must be reexamined and revised. This article provides an overview of one regional campus library's evolving relationship with the main campus during the implementation and evolution of an electronic reserve system.
