在信息时代数据意识全面增强的背景下,图书馆作为科研活动和文化事业发展的重要支撑,其服务和业务管理也应尽快走向数据化和智能化。本文以新一代图书馆服务平台的实施为契机,回顾我国图书馆业务重组的历史,探索大数据背景下图书馆业务流程重组的方法和主要内容,包括采访流程再造、馆藏模式再造、服务流程重组和图书馆人员再造等。在智慧图书馆建设的背景下,要革新图书馆服务理念,提供一体化的读者服务和资源发现服务,重构学术服务,强化数据管理。从全国图书馆发展的宏观规划来看,图书馆联盟也需重构,要探索向智慧图书馆联盟的转型升级。图书馆整体应该跳出传统的文献服务范畴,以数据智能计算为中心,着眼于数据的搜集、组织、挖掘、应用的全过程,将数据服务作为新时代图书馆服务的主要能力。 相似文献

[目的/意义]从国家创新能力建设的角度研究国家图书馆企业信息服务，探索其在支持国家创新发展方面的作用。[方法/过程]采用文献调查法、网络调查法、案例分析法和访谈法，首先基于国家创新能力评价体系分析国家创新能力建设驱动的信息服务需求，其次分析英国国家图书馆支持国家创新能力建设的企业信息服务模式，然后调查我国国家图书馆支持国家创新能力建设的实践进展，最后提出其支持国家创新能力建设的企业信息服务策略。[结果/结论]我国国家图书馆支持国家创新能力建设的企业信息服务策略包括开展创新创业知识中心服务模式的研究，探索支持创新创业的企业信息服务模式，并在各地区推广支持地区创新发展的信息服务模式。 相似文献

This qualitative study was designed to provide insight into the responses of undergraduate business students to a survey item about the adequacy of library resources. Interviews with seven business majors revealed that students were not aware of the information resources available to them and that they found library resources overwhelming and confusing. The findings of this study did not reveal that additional business information resources should be provided to support students, but the study did yield useful information about what influences undergraduate business students' perceptions of and expectations about the information resources provided by the library. The article includes recommendations for increasing students' awareness of specialized business databases and improving students' perception that the content of these databases is useful for their coursework. 相似文献

[目的/意义] 由于各图书馆业务服务的内容与方式不同，业务过程中数字化程度与标准不一致，给数据资源的整合造成了困难，并导致相关工作举步维艰。本文对公共图书馆业务数据体系进行梳理与分析，期望促使公共图书馆业务逐步形成数据标准，让公共图书馆的大数据应用得以扩展。[方法/过程] 利用扎根理论的方法，对公共图书馆内15位各部门工作负责人进行深度访谈，通过开放式编码、主轴编码和选择性编码等过程提炼出与公共图书馆业务数据有关的概念和范畴。[结果/结论] 建构以用户服务类业务、资源建设类业务和运营维护类业务为核心的公共图书馆业务数据体系，涵盖20个主范畴和62个有关的概念。该体系揭示了公共图书馆业务数据的整体框架，为大数据分析提供业务理解的指导方向，并为公共图书馆业务数字化与大数据集成提供依据，笔者也依据该体系提供文献资源分析、用户画像、运营业务的大数据分析应用示例说明。 相似文献

This study analyzed 260 syllabi representing a year of the undergraduate curriculum from a business school. The syllabi were examined based on the mentions of the library from across three categories: spaces, resources, and services, as well as possible opportunities for engagement that librarians could target for collaboration. In this study, the library was mentioned 79 times, mostly in relation to library resources. There were also 479 opportunities for engagement coded. This study found that the majority of undergraduate syllabi do not mention the library, but that there are considerable opportunities that librarians can target for future engagement. 相似文献

To prepare for the real world, business students need to be able to monitor, analyze and interpret date and their sources, and this may best be accomplished through the development of a cooperative assignment and workshop with the college library. Utilizing active learning techniques, the marriage of critical thinking and information retrieval in an undergraduate business program is integrated into a typically quantitative course offering. An instructional services librarian and a business faculty member collaborate to create an assignment designed to help students gain confidence in using print and automated resources and understand applications of particular business models while furthering their critical thinking abilities. When the four Providence Health & Services libraries in Oregon regionalized services and resources, the transition, which was originally met with apprehension from some library users, turned out to be a resounding success. Despite a loss of two-thirds of the professional staff and a decreased budget, the new regionalized library experienced an increase in business and recognition. While many factors contributed to the success, a creative marketing and outreach campaign was a key component. [目的/意义] 为使图书情报机构能全面获取用户真实信息,准确感知用户兴趣和偏好,实施有针对性的个性化信息推送服务,提出一种可信第三方的用户个人信息获取模型。[方法/过程] 该模型通过构建第三方平台存储个人信息,并向用户与图书情报机构提供个人信息管理与应用服务,实现精准的个性化信息推送服务,提高图书情报机构信息资源的利用率。[结果/结论] 可信第三方平台的提出可以克服以下不足:①目前在图书情报机构资源平台注册的用户,其个人信息易被恶意攻击的黑客和某些不良资源商私自传播、滥用和篡改;②部分缺乏安全感的用户使用虚假信息注册;③图书情报机构通过 IP地址认证合法用户的方式不能有效地管理和服务用户。 相似文献
