知识管理包括几个方面工作:建立知识库;促进员工的知识交流;建立尊重知识的内部环境;把知识作为资产来管理。电子资源采购借助知识管理有利于提高图书馆电子资源采购的决策效果、提高采购人员的业务素质和工作效率、提高图书馆电子资源采购的创新能力,最终提升电子资源的服务水平和服务质量,使图书馆馆藏资源建设更加科学化、合理化。文章结合深圳图书馆电子资源采购管理实践,分析了图书馆电子资源采购的特征,重点阐述了电子资源采购的流程管理、人员管理及实施策略。  相似文献

[目的/意义] 针对以Alma为代表的下一代图书馆服务平台,了解和分析其对电子资源的全流程管理功能,引导图书馆更好地使用下一代图书馆服务平台,提高电子资源的管理质量。[方法/过程] 首先探讨图书馆使用图书馆服务平台管理电子资源的必要性,总结电子资源管理的全生命周期,归纳下一代图书馆服务平台的发展历程和特点,并以Alma为例详细分析下一代图书馆服务平台管理电子资源的全流程功能。[结果/结论] 以Alma为代表的下一代图书馆服务平台对于管理电子资源具有较强的优势,但也存在一些实际操作难点。国内图书馆在实际应用时需结合系统流程制定符合本馆需求的电子资源管理工作流程,同时建立由国内图书馆联盟、图书馆、出版商三方参与的共享合作机制,并敦促系统厂商满足国内图书馆本地化的相关使用需求,才能更好地实现电子资源的全流程管理。  相似文献

[目的/意义] 美国《电子资源图书馆员核心能力》标准是专门针对电子资源图书馆员的管理和工作能力而制定的相关标准,内容涵盖了电子资源全生命周期管理中所需要具备的技能和知识,对其内容及实践应用进行研究对我国实现高水平的电子资源管理极具意义。[方法/过程] 对美国《电子资源图书馆员核心能力》标准的内容进行解析,介绍和分析其在学生专业培训、图书馆机构重组、图书馆人员继续教育、图书馆部门及个人工作的评估和图书馆服务平台的迁移和流程重组等案例中的应用方式及效果。[结果/结论] 美国《电子资源图书馆员核心能力》标准可以在图书馆的多个领域发挥作用,图书馆需灵活掌握,根据本馆实际情况借鉴应用,支持电子资源管理领域的深入拓展和人才培养,更好地应对图书馆的动态发展环境。  相似文献

[目的/意义]为了解决高校图书馆电子资源使用统计和效益评估缺乏高效、准确、实用的统计方法、工具和实证研究的问题,以电子资源利用绩效分析平台(Electronic Resource Utilization Performance Analysis Platform,ERS)管理和评估外文电子期刊的实践为例,探索电子资源动态管理和评估的方法,为图书馆收集和管理电子资源利用与评估数据提供参考。[方法/过程]主要讨论基于服务器端COUNTER报告数据的电子资源管理与分析系统的基本功能和工作流程,并以上海财经大学图书馆利用ERS进行外文电子期刊的资源管理、引文分析、核心资源与学科资源分析和数据库评估为例,讨论电子资源管理与评估的方法。[结果/结论]以上海财经大学图书馆外文电子期刊的统计分析实践为基础,发现利用基于COUNTER报告数据的电子资源管理与分析平台能够为图书馆的资源采购提供决策支持,为学科服务提供深度的资源揭示,具有一定的可行性和实用性。  相似文献

[目的/意义] 图书馆服务平台Alma从实践意义上真正实现了印刷、电子和数字资源的统一平台管理,尤其是使电子资源的管理从手工操作转变为平台化管理,探索和研究其电子资源管理的内容、流程和原则对于高质量的管理至关重要。[方法/过程] 在实践和应用中不断探索和分析Alma电子资源管理的工作内容、流程和原则,将北京师范大学图书馆的实际情况和平台功能相结合,形成相关的经验和方法,支持图书馆利用Alma管理电子资源的生命周期。[结果/结论] 利用下一代图书馆服务平台管理电子资源需有明确的工作原则、内容和流程管理,制定过程中需将本馆实际和平台功能相结合,才能事半功倍,较好地实现对电子资源的管理。  相似文献

��[Purpose/significance] Alma, the next generation library service platform, has truly realized the unified platform management of printing, electronic and digital resources in a practical sense. In particular, electronic resources have been managed by platform instead of manual operation. Exploring and studying the content, process and principles of electronic resource management in Alma are crucial for high-quality management.[Method/process] The work content, process and principles of Alma's electronic resource management were continuously explored and analyzed in usual work, and the actual situation of library and platform functions were also combined, and finally the experience and methods were formed, which can be used to guide and support the library to use Alma to manage the life cycle of electronic resources.[Result/conclusion] The management of electronic resources by using the next generation library service platform requires clear working principles, contents and process management, and the combination of the actual situation of the library and the functions of the platform in the formulation process can achieve twice the result with half the effort and better management of electronic resources.  相似文献

Since the 1930s, the Library Bill of Rights has acknowledged the ethical responsibility of librarians to provide access to information in all formats to all people. Librarians are charged with selecting, organizing, and instructing patrons on how to locate and use the resources, and preserving information regardless of format or technology. The information revolution and the pervasive thinking that everything is available on the Web have created new challenges to these traditional professional ethics. Acquiring and providing dependable access to electronic resources require librarians to learn and apply new skills such as negotiating license agreements and understanding evolving technologies. Print publications provide a degree of permanence, but e-information, if it is not properly managed, can be highly transient. Internet services provide large, uncontrolled, unregulated collection of resources. If the very nature of the Internet makes it nearly if not completely impossible to evaluate the content of web-sites, how does the librarian protect the integrity of the information the library provides? Along with traditional ethical conflicts, librarians in the virtual library are faced with new challenges to provide equitable access to usefully organized resources, to address petitions to deselect or filter, to negotiate less-restrictive licensing policies, and to maintain the anonymity of individual users within electronic transactions.  相似文献

Summary

The current academic library has recently experienced dramatic change. The electronic library of tomorrow is the present reality of today. Library employees and patrons now not only deal with print materials but also with resources in many additional formats including electronic. Concerns have emerged with the proliferation of these resources. Some of these concerns include the possible infatuation of library users with electronic resources over their print counterparts, the explosion of information resources, and providing reference services in an electronic society. Questions investigated in this article include the impact of this growth in electronic resources on traditional reference services and the effects of how library customers are served by librarians. Along with answering the above concerns, information from a survey concerning the impact of electronic resources will also be shared.  相似文献

Objective: To make electronic resources available to library users while effectively harnessing intellectual capital within the library, ultimately fostering the library’s use of technology to interact asynchronously with its patrons (users). Methods: The methods used in the project included: (1) developing a new library website to facilitate the creation, management, accessibility, maintenance and dissemination of library resources; and (2) establishing ownership by those who participated in the project, while creating effective work allocation strategies through the implementation of a content management system that allowed the library to manage cost, complexity and interoperability. Results: Preliminary results indicate that contributors to the system benefit from an increased understanding of the library’s resources and add content valuable to library patrons. These strategies have helped promote the manageable creation and maintenance of electronic content in accomplishing the library’s goal of interacting with its patrons. Conclusions: Establishment of a contributive system for adding to the library’s electronic resources and electronic content has been successful. Further work will look at improving asynchronous interaction, particularly highlighting accessibility of electronic content and resources.  相似文献

采用光沉积-液相化学法调节电子流向,构建了直接Z型TiO2/Ag/Ag3PO(4 )(TAAPO)光催化材料.通过扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)、X射线衍射仪(XRD)、X射线光电子能谱(XPS)、紫外-可见漫反射光谱仪以及光致发光(PL)光谱仪等手段对其进行表征,并对其在可见光照射下催化降解环丙沙星(CIP)的性能进行了研究.结果表明,当水体pH为3.0,催化剂分散浓度为0.3 g/L,CIP的初始浓度为15 mg/L时,光催化降解体系能够取得最佳的去除效果.在该组条件下,光照120 min CIP的降解率约为99%,并且在经历4个循环后仍然保持了良好的降解效果.在光催化降解CIP的过程中,主要反应活性物种为超氧自由基(·O2  相似文献
