多功能车刀几何角度测量仪的研制

针对工科院校车刀几何角度测量实验中存在的问题,从教学目标出发分析了车刀几何角度测量仪应具有的目标功能,在此基础上研制了多功能车刀几何角度测量仪,并进行了实验验证。该测量仪具有参考坐标系的建立、车刀几何角度测量和车刀纵横方向进给等多种功能,便于学生对金属切削刀具知识的学习、理解和掌握。  相似文献

本土制造企业低端颠覆的理论与案例研究

处于后发劣势的本土制造企业,已经很难通过跟随和模仿创新实现赶超。快速变化的技术环境和丰富多样的市场需求,为本土制造企业提供了颠覆赶超的机会。但已有研究对颠覆性创新实现过程与机理的研究较为匮乏。通过对小米公司的探索性案例研究,构建了本土制造企业实现颠覆性创新的理论模型。模型表明：基于非主流的低端市场、利基市场的市场定位颠覆,差异化的服务设计颠覆以及运营模式颠覆是本土制造企业颠覆主流市场在位企业,实现成功赶超的有效模式。知识搜索（同行搜索和跨界搜索）是本土制造企业实施颠覆性创新的知识与信息来源,机会能力是本土制造企业通过知识搜索实现颠覆性创新的核心能力。  相似文献

Domesticated buffaloes have been integral to rice-paddy agro-ecosystems for millennia, yet relatively little is known about the buffalo genomics. Here, we sequenced and assembled reference genomes for both swamp and river buffaloes and we re-sequenced 230 individuals (132 swamp buffaloes and 98 river buffaloes) sampled from across Asia and Europe. Beyond the many actionable insights that our study revealed about the domestication, basic physiology and breeding of buffalo, we made the striking discovery that the divergent domestication traits between swamp and river buffaloes can be explained with recent selections of genes on social behavior, digestion metabolism, strengths and milk production.  相似文献

【目的/意义】通过分析国内外知识聚合的发展脉络及研究热点,了解国内外相关研究的发展趋势并对未来发展做出展望。【方法/过程】运用定性分析和知识图谱可视化方法,对国内外知识聚合的研究起源、发展及研究热点进行总结,最终呈现出国内外知识聚合的发展状态。【结果/结论】从研究热点看,国外研究主要集中在知识聚合的应用方面,国内研究主要集中在知识聚合的理论发展方面;从研究趋势看,国外学者是在前人理论研究基础上进行模型构建及实践分析,倾向于对知识聚合的纵向研究,国内学者将现有研究领域与其他学科进行适当结合,实现对知识聚合的横向拓宽。  相似文献
