医学后期教育教学网络管理模式初探

医学是一门对专业理论和实践操作要求较强的学科，因此医学专业学生的培养过程一般分为校内基本理论学习与校外临床医院实习两个阶段。在医学院校，人们通常将后者称为医学后期教育教学管理阶段。分析现行实习管理模式的弊端，积极探索医学后期教育教学管理工作的特点及其规律，构建顺应时代特征的计算机网络化管理模式，对促进医学教育改革，确保医学专业人才培养质量具有十分重要的意义。  相似文献

Expression of TGF-β1 and TGF-β R II in colorectal adenomas of varying stages

To study the function of transforming growth factor β₁ (TGF-β₁) and transforming growth factor-β type II receptor (TGF-βR II) in varying stages of colorectal adenoma during neoplastic transformation, fiftyfive cases of resected colorectal adenomas were examined immunohistochemically. Our results showed that the expression of TGF-β₁ ranged from high to low, with the progression of low-grade to high-grade dysplasia of adenomas to carcinoma. And there was significantly different expression of TGF-β₁ between moderate and high dysplasia adenomas (P<0.05), but no significantly different expression of TGF-β R II was found among varying stages of adenomas. Our results suggested that the quantities of TGF-β₁ secreted by adenoma cells decrease dramatically in moderate to severe dysplasia colorectal adenomas. It is the decreased secretion of TGF-β₁, rather than the mutated TGF-βR II that may play an important role in transforming colorectal adenomas to adenocarcinomas.  相似文献   

AN EXPERIENTIALLY‐BASED TRAINING PROGRAMME IN CIVIL ENGINEERING

An innovative training programme providing second year students with a real taste of civil engineering practice through the construction of full‐size structures was introduced at the Nanyang Technological Institute, Singapore. Students are divided into companies, each responsible for executing the construction project for a profit, and in accordance with contract requirements in the forms of specifications and design drawings. Each company is sub‐divided into management, office and field groups. Thus the students, through a mandatory rotation of the role play, gain valuable experience in the field, office and management functions through personal involvement in such a real‐life project. To reflect the objectives of the programme, a system of assessment was developed based on the student performance at the team, group and individual levels. Due to the short history of the programme and since a true test of the effectiveness of this type of training is through the performance of the graduates, a summative evaluation is difficult to make at the present time. However, some interim feedback from the students, staff members and industrialists on students’ performance subsequent to their second year course work suggest that the programme has served well in achieving its intended objectives.  相似文献   

异地中考政策的区域差异及思考 ——基于60个城市的政策文本分析

本文构建了异地中考政策评价指标体系,以60个城市异地中考相关政策文件为基础,采用层次分析和加权求和等方法对异地中考政策的区域差异进行了分析。研究发现:60个城市的异地中考政策总体较为宽松,但区域差异明显;北京、天津、上海的异地中考政策限制条件较多;东部地区、华南地区的教育资源紧张,教育供需矛盾较大。要做好流动人口随迁子女的异地中考工作,应从以下几个方面努力:一是调整以户籍为限定条件的升学考试制度与录取制度,建立以学籍为基数的动态调整机制;二是将随迁子女纳入流入城市的教育发展规划中去;三是加强流入与流出地教育政策之间的衔接,保障流动人口随迁子女的升学与录取工作。  相似文献

目的：探讨丹参与胞二磷胆碱联合应用治疗脑损伤的机制。方法：取成年wistar大鼠，以自由落体法致大鼠脑挫裂伤．采用721分光光度计检测伤后24h、7d和14d时．治疗组与对照组脑组织中SOD、MDA、GSH—PX和Ca^2＋含量。结果：治疗组SOD和GSH—PX活性提高．而且与模型组及对照组比较．SOD有显著性差异（P〈0．05）。治疗组脑组织Ca^2＋含量明显降低。结论：丹参在治疗脑损伤时，可以提高SOD活性，拮抗自由基和钙离子超载对脑的损伤。  相似文献

In Shanghai, a mega-city of approximately 24.15 million people (Shanghai Municipal Statistics Bureau, 2015, “Art. 13”), the population of migrant workers continues to increase. According to the Shanghai Municipal Statistics Bureau (2015), as of 2015, 9.81 million residents did not have household registration papers. Of these, 70%, or 6.87 million were migrant workers (“Art. 13”). The researcher relied on qualitative research techniques to explore the outcomes of an after-school program for the children of migrant workers. The study took place over a four-year period with data being collected throughout.
