The market of stainless electric steel kettles is growing significantly, but the main mechanism for polishing kettles via traditional handwork operations limits the growth of electric kettle manufacturing. Based on the successful multi-tool automatic polishing system for electric stainless steel kettles, regression analysis and orthogonal tests were employed to construct a polishing process model, with a purpose to improve the automatic polishing technology for electric stainless steel kettles. The model reveals the relationship between the surface roughness and processing parameters including gringding depth, abrasive tangent speed, workpiece rotating speed and axial feeding speed. Simulation and experimental results are in agreement,which shows that this modeling method is feasible in practice, and it can also be used as a guidance for planning automatic polishing process of electric stainless-steel kettles.  相似文献

Reducing greenhouse gases (RHG) is going on actively in the international movement. In the field of architecture, RHG is an inevitable work. To establish a plan for RHG, firstly we need to reduce energy consumption. Greenhouse gas generated by energy consumption is the main cause of global warming. For this we should know that how much electricity consumption we use. The research targets of this study are commercial buildings with various businesses. Their electricity consumption was analyzed by business units rather than buildings. Each business was divided into 13 sectors according to industrial classification and electricity consumption was analyzed for each industry. For commercial buildings, the electricity consumption is done by the private sector and construction management is an autonomy system in private instead of an integrated management system. In this study, we classified and analyzed the electricity consumption characteristics according to collected data, analyzed the relationship between the electricity consumption with atmospheric temperature through SPSS, and developed an electricity prediction model.  相似文献

Taking a concrete frame supporting space structure as the research object, we systematically studied its lateral-torsion coupling effect of reverse problems in consistent earthquake excitation. Firstly, based on its reverse forms and features, we put forward a mechanical analysis model (flexibility layer model) and a calculation method using the response spectrum method and the weighted average method, and verified their validity and feasibility using case analysis. The result shows that the translation displacement change trend of the space structure is basically the same whether reverse exists in the supporting structure or not, but the supporting structure torsion has an effect on the displacement with a relative increase of 10?.  相似文献

Estimating URT network scale is the key to ensure the scientificity and feasibility of its construction. The existing studies on rational scale of URT network have not dealt with the interaction of supply and demand. This paper describes the establishment of a system dynamics model of rational URT network scale determination, considering the interaction between URT construction and city social economic development as well as the dynamic equilibrium of capital supply and traffic demand, and the verification of the model validity by applying it to the case of Wuhan City’s URT construction.  相似文献

The Ethernet passive optical network (EPON) is the next generation of broad-band network technique. A crucial issue in EPONs is the sharing of uplink bandwidth among optical network units (ONUs). This article provides a novel dynamic bandwidth allocation algorithm, i.e. threshold dynamic bandwidth allocation (TDBA), which is based on adaptive threshold, to increase resource utilization. The algorithm uses ONU data-transmitting rate to adjust optical line terminal (OLT) receiving data threshold from an ONU. Simulation results show that this algorithm can decrease average packet delay and increase network throughput in a 10G EPON system.  相似文献
