近年来随着国家教育行政部门将大学生创业工作摆在突出位置,高等职业院校中和青年学生联系紧密的团组织应当认识到服务大学生创业工作的重要意义。本文结合高职院校共青团组织的特点介绍了其在服务大学生创业工作中的基本模式,并梳理了团组织在既有服务模式下存在的一些弊端与不足。并且在创业孵化器和创业环境理论的指导下,结合实际,也提出了解决问题与提升团组织整体服务水平的一些对策。  相似文献

In recent years, entrepreneurship has occupied a prominent position on the agendas of policymakers and researchers. This is not surprising, as studies have shown that the enhancement of the entrepreneurial spirit can make an effective contribution to sustainable economic growth. Moreover, scholars have confirmed that the entrepreneurial spirit can be enhanced through entrepreneurship education. One important gap in the scientific literature in this area involves research on the evaluation of such education. The focus of this study is on developing an instrument in which scaled behavioural indicators will be used as a basis for giving concrete feedback to the students instead of using Likert-scale surveys. Based on a criterion-driven literature study 11 sub-competences that together constitute entrepreneurship in a behaviour-oriented and for educational purposes feasible way have been defined. These sub-competences were further subdivided into various behavioural indicators, which formed the basis for creating an evaluation instrument. Next the instrument has been validated in a sample of 201 secondary education students at the beginning of an EE-trajectory. The validity and reliability of the resulting instrument was tested through a combination of qualitative and quantitative techniques. The validity check revealed a strong cohesion of the sub-competences we distinguished from the review, which is coherent with research that defines entrepreneurial competency as an over-arching construct. Finally 21 items were retained in an instrument that is sufficiently reliable and valid to warrant further application in the coaching of entrepreneurship education. To conclude the opportunities for fostering entrepreneurship education by using this instrument are discussed.  相似文献

This paper analyses the intensification of university–industry relationships and its impact on university research. The paper consists of recent follow-up research to an international comparative research project conducted in the 1990s. It deals specifically with the Québec (Canada) situation. Twenty-eight in-depth interviews were conducted in the winter of 2003 with university researchers and an additional five interviews with technology transfer officers. The interviews were conducted in six francophone higher education institutions in Québec. With regard to university–industry relationships, the interviews revealed that university researchers in scientific and technological fields conducted innovation-oriented research, which benefits their graduate students and the institution itself. Freedom of publication is somewhat conditioned by intellectual property constraints. Thus, a majority of university researchers adopt an “entrepreneurial ethos” which they find compatible with their academic values. The intensification of university–industry relationships may also have latent dysfunctional effects with regard to conflicts of interest, as some university researchers have created start-up companies which act both as research funding sources and as beneficiaries of research results. Thus, intellectual property and conflict of interest issues evolve in a grey zone and are often sources of stress and tension for researchers. However harsh some disputes may become over these issues, they are resolved, at least in the context analysed in this research, in ways that satisfy both the researcher and the institutions.

教师角色由传统型向创业型转型是创业型大学建设的核心问题和软肋。强调教师内在主体性的角色认同则是转型能否成功的关键。地方高校教师的创业型角色具有金字塔结构的多重内涵。基于A校的案例研究发现,教师的创业型角色认同是一个持续发展的动态过程。在创业型角色认知的基础上,面对角色冲突,教师结合自身情况采取策略,进行角色选择。创业型角色金字塔是一个理想的角色框架,然而实践难度较大。在外部激励不充分的条件下,个人自我发展和自我实现的内在价值追求成为教师积极应对角色冲突的潜在强大力量。学校可从制度激励和文化渗透两方面促进教师实现创业型角色认同。  相似文献

Post‐compulsory education in the UK is growing in complexity. A little explored feature of this complexity is the development of collaborative arrangements between higher education institutions and providers of sixth form education under which students can study university modules whilst pursuing their sixth form studies. This article reports the findings of a recent project designed to explore the feasibility of such arrangements. A range of existing provision is identified focusing on both academic high achievers and students from socio‐economic groups that are currently under‐represented in higher education. The article reviews such arrangements in the context of government policy, the changing nature of sixth form and higher education, and the boundaries that have been drawn between what have traditionally been viewed as separate elements of the English and Welsh education systems. It considers the impact of such provision on the two main groups of students studied and highlights some of the issues arising out of these partnerships between higher education and sixth form institutions.  相似文献

创业环境对新创企业资源和绩效是如何发生作用的,虽然现有研究提供了一些有益启示,但目前仍然缺乏中国情景的实证检验。本文基于深圳硅谷创业园105家新创企业的问卷分析,得出主要结论:政策环境、基础设施、融资环境、技术环境、市场环境主要对新创企业的运营性资源获取产生影响,影响作用最为明显的是政策环境、融资环境和市场环境;技术环境、市场环境、教育与培训主要对新创企业知识资源获取产生影响,影响作用最为明显的是市场环境、教育与培训;各创业环境要素均通过资源获取作用于新创企业绩效。研究发现和管理启示有助于政府部门开展相关工作,以及改善新创公司管理层与环境的互动能力。  相似文献

Successfully developed academic inventions have the potential to spawn new technological domains, form the basis of thriving business ventures, and improve the well-being of society. However, evaluating whether an early-stage scientific invention truly has such potential is extremely difficult, and financially backing such inventions is highly risky. And yet, organizations and their evaluators still back some of these inventions with resources for further development. We investigate this puzzle to pinpoint how and why evaluators decide to offer resource commitments at early stages, despite the red flags raised using standard evaluation criteria. Many academic inventions need these initial resources to dispel concerns regarding their commercial feasibility, so evaluators need to take a leap of faith with their support to prematurely avoid eliminating high-potential opportunities. We tested our theory using text analysis on nearly 700 invention evaluation reports written by a university’s technology transfer experts. Our results revealed that evaluators backed inventions based on their feasibility (overcoming doubt and assessing maturity) and desirability (background familiarity and scientific complexity). Using the context of the research laboratory, our study insights can be applied to many management situations in which early-stage opportunities are assessed for resource commitments under high uncertainty.  相似文献
