Summary The rapid growth of the Internet and intranets supports the infrastructure necessary for computer-based testing (CBT). The parallel growth of sophisticated computer programming and powerful computers offers new possibilities in testing, such as Computerized Adaptive Testing (CAT), where the responses of the subject dictate the nature of the test items to be presented. This article considers research about the comparability of computerized tests to conventional tests, local uses of computerized testing, tests available in online delivery programs, public domain software, authoring languages, and commercial and shareware options. 研究了沈试-29玉米种子在成熟过程中四种酶活性的变化及膜脂过氧化产物丙二醛（MDA）含量的变化。结果表明：超氧化物歧化酶（SOD）,过氧化物酶（POD）和过氧化氢酶（CAT）活性的变化一致即由乳熟期到蜡熟期活性下降,完熟期和枯熟期SOD、POD和CAT的活性又开始上升,而抗坏血酸氧化酶（AAO）的活性的变化则与此相反;MDA含量在蜡熟期上升,在完熟期和枯熟期下降。由此可见,种子的成熟过程中发生了氧化和过氧化作用,并存在活性氧的伤害。 相似文献

目的探讨ebselen对运动训练大鼠GST、LDH和CAT表达的影响.方法 SD雄性健康大鼠30只,随机分为3组:安静对照组10只、运动对照组10只、运动加药组10只;后两组进行为期8 W的跑台训练,建立太强度耐力训练模型.测定上述相应指标.结果运动服药组大鼠GSF、CAT表达提高,LDH表达下降.结论 Ebselen时保护运动大鼠细胞膜的完整性有积极意义,对提高机体抗氧化能力具有一定意义. 相似文献

ABSTRACTThis paper examines the role of intercultural competence and local wisdom to build tolerance. Recent situation shows that the rights of religious and cultural minorities are on the decline. It focuses on the experience and practice of tolerance in kampong Buneng to prevent ethno-religious conflict. This study employs accommodation theory and qualitative approach to investigate a case study, which describes real phenomena. The findings show that convergence strategy is more dominant than divergence strategy and local wisdom found in Buneng is designed to maintain harmony between village members rather than voicing distinction amongst plural identities occupying the same public sphere. 相似文献
