学校体育场馆资源具有社会准公共产品属性和对外开发的公益性特征。学校体育场馆资源可以实行以体育俱乐部多样化模式,其社会化经营可以收取适当费用,但要根据不同参与群体的法律权利区别对待,并依法加强监督。明确学校体育场馆与服务对象之间的责、权、利关系,注重场地器材的保养、维护和更新,提高法律意识,落实保险措施,依法管理,是规避学校体育场馆资源社会化风险的有效保障措施。  相似文献   

湛江市老年人广场体育休闲特征分析与发展策略

运用文献资料法,问卷调查法、访谈调查法、数理统计法,对老年人广场体育活动状况进行研究.研究认为:老年人广场体育活动时间长、频率高,主要类别是散步类、广场舞类、武术类,主要方式是"集群型"和"个体型",以实物性消费为主、总体消费水平不高,其活动具有自发参与性、轻小性、群聚性、精神慰藉性特点.通过经济实惠的广场体育活动实践,促进了老年人身心健康,拓宽了老年人的情感,是满足老年人精神需求、休闲娱乐、社会交往的有效手段和重要途径,认为广场体育是促进中国老年人体育持续健康发展的可行路径.并为地方政府制订切实可行的老龄工作政策和全民健身规划提供经验实证依据和理论支持.  相似文献   

Validity of a portable force platform for assessing biomechanical parameters in three different tasks

The aim of this study was to determine the precision and accuracy of the vertical and anterior–posterior force components of the portable PASCO PS-2142 force plate. Impulse, peak force, and time to peak force were assessed and compared to a gold standard force plate in three different tasks: vertical jump, forward jump, and sprint start. Two healthy male participants performed ten trials for each task, resulting in 60 trials. Data analyses revealed good precision and accuracy for the vertical component of the portable force plate, with relative bias and root mean square (RMS) error values nearly the same in all tasks for the impulse, time to peak force, and peak force parameters. Precision and accuracy of the anterior–posterior component were lower for the impulse and time to peak force, with relative bias and RMS error values nearly the same between tasks. Despite the lower precision and accuracy of the anterior–posterior component of the portable force plate, these errors were systematic, reflecting a good repeatability of the measure. In addition, all variables presented good agreement between the portable and gold standard platforms. Our results provide a good perspective for using the aforementioned portable force plate in sports and clinical biomechanics.  相似文献

Encounters on the Dirt Track: Polish – British Speedway from 1955

Abstract

This paper examines the post-war history of speedway, the ultimate provincial sport, comparing its development in Britain and Poland. On the basis of a variety of sources, including specialist press reports from both countries, interviews with former speedway riders, both academic and non-academic publications, and Internet fan forums, a narrative of the relationship between the Polish and British speedway worlds is built. Through this narrative the author explores speedway’s peculiar economic vulnerability, and the reasons why the sport has lurched from one seeming crisis to another in both countries, as well as the shared geographical phenomenon that the strongholds of the sport have moved from the metropolis to medium sized towns.  相似文献

随着区域经济一体化的加强和体育休闲产业的发展,促进城市圈的构建与体育一体化发展的有机结合,成为新形势下的必然选择.雄安新区的设立,为京津冀体育休闲产业的一体化发展提供了巨大的历史机遇.深入分析了体育休闲产业一体化和集群化的概念、特点和发展动因,并对京津冀地区体育一体化发展的现状、机遇及其挑战进行了详细的探讨.其机遇涵盖了丰富的体育资源和发达的体育产业、较大的政策扶持力度和市场潜力,以及独特的区位优势和完善的体育设施.挑战则主要包含产业发展规划的不一致、产业发展的不平衡性、产业总体规模较小和结构的不合理.在此基础上,提出了促进京津冀体育休闲产业集群化发展的对策,即充分利用雄安新区建设的发展机遇,贯彻全民健身战略、制定产业联动政策,整合体育资源、大力发展优势产业,以及优化产品和服务的供给.  相似文献
