This article provides a longitudinal analysis of leadership. In the first section of the article, the evidence reviewed indicates how, historically, leadership has been significant in various societal arrangements in the co‐ordination of actions for collective purposes. Such co‐ordination may also be facilitated through self‐organisation, except that this mechanism struggles in the face of genetic human pre‐dispositions to dominate, and the group‐level threshold effects of small numbers. The second section discusses the leadership field’s longstanding fixation with heroes. It shows how, in the face of the compelling evidence in the previous section of small group reverse dominance hierarchy and dyarchy, for example, the evidential basis for such heroic individualism is questionable. This second section also discusses distributed leadership. It argues for its abandonment and replacement as an analytical unit of analysis by the idea of leadership configurations comprising combinations of role sets. These claims are illustrated with historical and contemporary examples. The final section of the article argues for evidence‐based capabilities as an antidote to heroic leadership. Here, a range of problems and possibilities associated with identifying capabilities for leading learning are discussed along with some implications for future research and theory in the field.  相似文献

With a national drive in England for the development and restructuring of services encouraging interdisciplinary approaches and multi‐agency working, the question remains as to how services should be developed and why it is perceived as so important. This study by Pearl Barnes, who is an Every Child Counts Teacher Leader and a member of the Specialist Advisory Board for nasen and the Child and Family Public Education Board at the Royal College of Psychiatrists, explores the perspectives of special educational needs co‐ordinators (SENCos) and parents regarding the rationale for multi‐agency working and explores what an effective service might look like. The interviews revealed overwhelming support for multi‐agency activity. Although no single rationale was identified, the general consensus was that a multi‐agency approach can provide a child‐centred pedagogical response, tailored to the individual needs of the child. Multi‐agency working was perceived as enabling and enhancing inclusive education by providing an early and holistic assessment of individual needs through identification of all individual barriers to achievement. No specific set of protocols was identified as offering the most suitable way forward within the project region. However, there was general agreement that a multi‐agency teamwork approach, accessed directly by schools and intervening proactively within the community, was an effective way forward.  相似文献

通过运用文献资料和逻辑分析等方法对人文奥运与奥林匹克的赛场人文环境进行讨论。研究认为,奥林匹克的赛场人文环境一直是奥林匹克的重要组成部分。2008年在北京举办奥运会,那时将使全世界人民的目光焦点对准北京。奥林匹克的赛场人文环境与现代人所要求的社会性格和现代体育,特别是现代竞技体育所提倡的观念是一致的。“人文奥运”凸现了赛场人文环境的“奥林匹克”意义,又将推动北京奥运赛场人文环境的营造和观众赛场人文环境的参与实践。奥林匹克赛场就是这样吸引着全世界不同种族、不同肤色、不同制度、不同信仰、不同贫富的人纷纷涌向它。  相似文献

为了获取长期从事体育锻炼者的心力储备方面的有关信息 ,对 30名体育系学生和 30名普通系学生进行了心肌收缩能力变化趋势的对照研究。结果表明 ,体育系学生比普通系学生具有较高水平的心力储备。用心力监护仪进行心力储备检测 ,同时具有无创、敏感性和特异性高、简便、快速、费用低、可重复采用和客观量化等特点 ,能在体育运动现场监测心力 ,该方法可用来量度心肌收缩能力和评估运动员与一般人的心力储备。  相似文献

对山东信贷增长与经济发展的关系进行实证分析,发现山东省信贷增长与经济增长之间存在长期协整关系,信贷增长在短期内对经济增长作用不显著,但在长期内对经济增长有很强的促进作用;经济增长在短期内对信贷增长作用显著,而在长期内作用微弱。误差修正模型结果表明,短期内信贷增长对其长期偏离的调节力度较大,而经济增长对其长期偏离的调节力度较小。  相似文献

小微企业作为我国经济的重要组成部分,在外部资源不足的市场环境中存在着要素依赖、创新不足、管理粗放等问题。本文在引入价值共创、服务增值网络概念后,通过结构化访谈,梳理了小微服务企业与顾客在网络中协作的过程、各自角色以及相应的角色责任。发现提升小微企业的理解能力、学习能力、公关能力是企业的核心工作;而在合作中培养顾客进行理性、开放、有效的互动是服务成功的关键。  相似文献

社会网络分析(SNA)方法是分析学科、领域研究现状的一种新方法。通过整理CNKI期刊论文数据库中1980-2012年间的21 907篇我国教学设计期刊论文及其关键词,构建我国教学设计研究高频词共词矩阵,并用社会网络分析方法进行分析,结果揭示:我国教学设计研究已经比较成熟,存在热门的中心研究主题,信息技术主题扮演重要角色,总体上"教"方面的研究仍重于"学"方面的研究。  相似文献

The intersection among discourses of curriculum, pedagogy, and power are increasingly becoming the focus of research and analysis in southern African classrooms as the effects of apartheid, colonialism, and patriarchalism are critiqued for their influences on epistemic and pedagogic policies and practices. This article draws on feminist research on pedagogy to examine the dynamics of teacher and student relations in southern African university classrooms. In particular, it focuses on student resistance to engaging in collaborative work and with radical ideologies in course content. Drawing on case studies it shows that, despite feminist teachers subscribing to egalitarian ideals, when they encounter student resistance to democratic pedagogic strategies and radical course content they resort to normalizing and regulatory postures that reinstate teacher authority in the classroom.  相似文献
