This article explores the way librarians define, leverage, and amplify expertise in a twenty-first century academic library. An expert team comprised of a nursing librarian, online learning librarian, information-literacy librarian, and assessment librarian sorted the learning outcomes from the Information-Literacy Competency Standards for Nursing created by the Health Sciences Interest Group taskforce of the Association of College and Research Libraries (ACRL) by grade-levels. Results found distinguishing experts within a library supports the customization of scaffolded instruction. 知识粘滞是阻碍知识转移的决定性因素,降低知识粘滞程度,提高知识转移绩效,是提升科研团队能力,实现合作创新的关键。本研究通过探索科研过程中知识粘滞形成的动因和作用因素,运用知识转移理论、系统动力学理论的分析方法,在情境建模基础上,构建基于知识转移的知识粘滞演化动力模型;动态模拟认知因素、转移情境以及转移动机三个维度对知识粘滞的影响关系,从宏观方面探索科研团队中隐性知识粘滞的演化路径,从微观方面剖析各因素对知识粘滞的影响机理。实验结果显示:知识粘滞程度受不同因素影响呈现不同的演化特征,随着双方认知吻合度的增长表现为先匀速增长后保持不变、最后呈指数增长的趋势;激励机制和外部压力等因素对知识粘滞的影响呈现阶段性特点,过大会引起团队内部“搭便车”现象,产生一定的致弱作用;转移动机与知识粘滞之间具有较强的负相关关系,知识吸收能力越强,知识的增长速度越快,受知识粘滞的影响就越小。研究科研团队中各影响因素对知识粘滞的震荡作用,对指导科研团队建设和提高科研能力具有重要的现实意义。图6。表1。参考文献32。 相似文献

Existing review studies on team learning present integrated models, suggesting general applicability to any team. However, such models neglect the influence of the team type and its developmental stages. These context-specific characteristics may create variety in team learning processes and outcomes among teams. In this theoretical contribution, we revisit the most recent generic team learning model developed by Decuyper, Dochy, and Van den Bossche (2010). Taking this model as a starting point, we present a context-specific model for ad hoc multidisciplinary emergency management teams. The developed model can fuel future research on team learning in teams with comparable characteristics. It supports the development of tools to evaluate them and offers the rationale for training programs aiming to increase the quality of their interventions. 相似文献

文章采用观察统计法、文献资料法、对比分析法对我国男篮与本届世界男篮锦标赛前4名的队伍在比赛中的各项技术指标进行对比分析。研究表明:中国男篮还留有落后的"篮球大型化"理念的痕迹和人才培养上有一定的断层现象;整体上与世界强队有差距;进攻过分依赖内线,内外脱节,得分手段单一;防守的压迫性、攻击性不强;与世界强队相比中锋优势明显,后卫和前锋的差距是全方位的。 相似文献

Knowledge teams have emerged in online health communities (OHCs) where physicians collaborate spontaneously with others through the Internet to gather knowledge. Knowledge collaboration (KC) facilitates physicians’ communication and the provision of better services to patients in today's medical environment. However, the underlying mechanism through which KC improves team performance in OHCs is not clear. This study aims to advance understanding of the KC process by exploring the role of the transactive memory system (TMS). Real operation data from 1071 teams in a leading OHC in China used to understand both the antecedent and consequences of the TMS and the interaction effects among different dimensions of TMS. The findings have demonstrated that leader's capital was a critical factor in KC by promoting the effective TMS development and further affect both team's process and outcome performance. Positive moderating effects of coordination on the relationship between credibility and performance are also found. This study reveals for the first time the role of KC in improving performance in online health markets from the TMS perspective. The findings provide theoretical guidance to physician–physician collaborative teams with guidelines on boosting chances for higher performance. 相似文献

Teacher Design Teams (TDTs) are professional learning communities in which teachers collaborate to (re)design innovative educational materials. TDTs can contribute to teachers’ professional growth. Furthermore, engaging teachers in the design process could create ownership, increasing the likelihood that teachers actually use the innovative materials in practice. In this study, we aimed to obtain in-depth insights into the TDT process and to identify possible links with the outcomes. We studied three cases of TDTs, collecting qualitative data from multiple perspectives. We found that the perceived outcomes of the TDTs were mixed. The leadership style appeared to play an important role in shaping the process and hence the perceived outcomes. To improve the outcomes of future TDTs, insights from this study suggest that team coaches should provide more structure and clarity during the process. At the same time, the coaches should create an atmosphere in which participants can take the initiative. 相似文献
