试析近年中国台湾对越南直接投资及其影响

近年来,越南经济飞速发展,吸引FDI状况乐观,中国台湾地区作为越南重要的外资来源地,其投资给越南带来了诸多影响。从补充经济社会发展资金,促进经济增长、改善经济结构,创造就业岗位,改善投资环境,完善产业链,促进台越双边贸易等角度进行分析,指出近年来中国台湾地区对越投资对越南经济发展带来的影响主要是良性的。随着经济全球化的浪潮在全球各国影响的加深,世界分工的进一步细化,国际间直接投资必定会继续发展,对受资国及母国的经济发展产生影响。如何利用FDI带来的良性影响,合理规划,适度引导,让其为国民经济的发展做出更多贡献,是各主要受资国需要思考的问题。  相似文献

信息冲击与果蔬类农产品价格波动关系的实证研究

以2009年12月26日至2013年12月5日共207期的农产品周批发价格为样本,从蔬菜、水果两大类中选取11种生鲜农产品的周批发价格作为研究对象,运用Tarch模型考察信息冲击对果蔬类生鲜农产品价格波动的影响程度,得出不同果蔬农产品价格波动受信息影响差异较大且呈现非对称性特征的结论.对果蔬类农产品价格波动预测要根据不同品种的个体差异采取有差别的预测方法,防止对所有农产品采用单一的价格波动预测造成的价格波动预测偏差.建议加快完善农产品信息数据库,全面掌握农产品市场信息,防止媒体对信息的过度渲染造成人们非理性预期带来的价格大幅波动.  相似文献   

沩山风景名胜区居民的旅游影响感知分析

选取沩山风景名胜区为研究对象,通过发放调查问卷,利用因子分析等方法,对当地居民的旅游影响感知和态度进行了研究。结果表明：（1）在沩山旅游业发展过程中,当地居民的参与度并不高,旅游业发展给居民带来的收益也不明显。（2）沩山居民对沩山旅游风景名胜区发展的旅游影响感知可归纳为十个维度,当地居民对积极的旅游影响感知强度明显大于消极影响感知强度。（3）在四个负面因子中,只有“生活成本增加”得到了当地居民的普遍认同,六个正面因子全都得到了居民的认可。  相似文献   

Impact of accreditation on public and private universities: a comparative study

Based on two cycles of assessments for accreditation, this study assesses the differential impacts of accreditation on public and private universities in Ghana. Analysis of the evaluator reports indicates no statistically significant difference – improvement or deterioration – between the two cycles of evaluations for both types of institutions. A test comparing the two-cycle aggregated assessment scores between the two categories of universities, however, indicated a significant difference, with the public universities achieving better scores (improvements). Drawing on the evaluators’ reports and the opinions expressed by academics from both categories of institutions, the conclusion was that isomorphic pressures, largely faced by the private universities, accounted for their implementation of suggestions for improvement by the evaluators.  相似文献   

Impact and cost-effectiveness analysis of the national school-based sexuality education programme in Estonia

Policy-makers making decisions on the implementation of school-based sexuality education (SE) programmes face two important questions: (1) what are the costs of implementing and scaling up SE programmes, and (2) what are the impacts? This paper responds to these questions by retrospectively assessing costs, impact and cost-effectiveness of the national school-based SE programme in Estonia 1997–2009. The three-year curriculum had been taught to 190,000 students at the end of 2009. The cost of reaching one student was USD 32.90 and the total costs were USD 5.6 million. There has been a remarkable improvement in sexual health indicators in the age groups 15–19 and 20–24 years in Estonia between 2001 and 2009. During this period, annual abortions, STIs and diagnosed HIV infections in the age groups were reduced by 37%, 55% and 89%, respectively. It is difficult to assess to what extent the improvements in these sexual health indicators are attributable to the SE programme. Nevertheless, our conservative threshold analysis indicates that the Estonian SE programme could be considered cost-saving if only 4% of the observed reductions in HIV infections are attributable to the programme. There is strong evidence, therefore, to support that the Estonian school-based sexuality programme has been cost-effective.  相似文献

网络文学纸质化,并走进了高校的图书馆。首先,它能够消解文学在读者心目中的神秘感,拉近文学与读者之间的距离,给人种亲近感;其次,网络文学取材广泛,不拘一格,不乏瑰丽奇特之作,丰富了图书馆文学书籍的类别;再者,网络文学的纸质化倡导了绿色健康的阅读方式,延续了优良的阅读文化;最后,由于网络文学的草根性,也影响着图书馆文学书籍的艺术水准,但只要举措得当,也可以让其一定程度上得到消解。  相似文献

明末清初掀起了我国科技翻译的第一次高潮。在此期间,来华传教士与中国的知识份子共有译著400多种,其中关于科技的130种左右。这些译著使国人了解到西学的一些先进成果,并在社会上产生了一定的影响。但是由于受到当时历史条件的限制,这次科技翻译并没有引发一场全国性的工业革命,只是为后来中国的工业文明奠定了基础。  相似文献
