目的:探讨大肠癌、乳腺癌中生存素的临床意义。方法:收集大肠癌68例,乳腺癌69例,利用SABC免疫组织化学方法,检测Survivin表达状况。结果:大肠癌和乳腺癌中Survivin阳性率分别为63.24%和42.03%,Survivin在大肠癌低分化组和深浸润组阳性率明显高于浅浸润和高分化组;在浸润型乳腺癌组和有淋巴结转移组Survivin阳性率明显增高。结论:Survivin表达与癌组织生物学特性有关;检测癌组织中Sur-vivin表达可以提示预后及指导靶向治疗方案的制定。  相似文献

The Large Hadron Collider at CERN, the European Organisation for Nuclear Research, is the world’s highest-energy particle accelerator. Its construction (1995–2008) required frontier technologies and close collaboration between CERN scientists and contracting firms. The literature on “Big Science” projects suggests that this collaboration generated economic spillovers, particularly through technological learning. CERN granted us access to its procurement database, including suppliers of LHC from 35 countries for orders over 10,000 Swiss Francs. We gathered balance-sheet data for more than 350 of these companies from 1991 to 2014, which include the years before and after that of the first order received. The study assesses, in quantitative terms, whether becoming a CERN supplier induced greater R&D effort and innovative capacity, thus enhancing productivity and profitability. The findings – which controlled for firms’ observable characteristics, macroeconomic conditions, and unobserved time, country, industry and firm-level fixed effects – indicate a statistically significant correlation between procurement events and company R&D, knowledge creation and economic performance. The correlation is chiefly driven by high-tech orders; for companies receiving non-high-tech orders, it is weaker, or even statistically not significant.  相似文献

选取2009—2015年上市公司为研究样本,考查薪酬激励缓解大股东对企业创新的负面影响的中介效应。Logit、Tobit模型与回归模型均发现大股东对企业创新的负面影响,CEO薪酬激励发挥部分中介效应,中介效应占总效应28%。CEO薪酬激励是非国有企业样本的完全中介变量,CEO薪酬是国有企业样本的部分中介变量,其持股未产生中介效应。研究结论表明提升上市公司薪酬激励水平是缓解大股东对企业创新的负面影响的重要途径,为治理"一股独大"提供经验证据与研究思路。  相似文献

We proposed an optimal design method to expand the bandwidth for the control of large hydraulic Stewart platform. The method is based on generalized natural frequency and takes hydraulic oil into consideration. A Lagrangian formulation which considers the whole leg inertia is presented to obtain the accurate equivalent mass matrix. Using the model, the effect of leg inertia and the influence of design parameters on the generalized natural frequency are investigated. Finally, numerical examples are presented to validate and confirm the efficiency of the mathematical model. The results show that the leg inertia, especially the piston part plays an important role in the dynamics. The optimum diameter ratio of the base to the moving platform is between 2 and 3, and the optimum joint angle ratio of the base to the moving platform is about 1. The smaller joint angles and a longer leg stroke are favorable for raising system frequencies. The system oil should be preprocessed for large platforms with a requirement for good dynamic performance.  相似文献

本文以中国八大经济区大中型工业企业的技术创新效率为研究对象,应用SE-DEA视窗分析和计量分析技术展开实证研究。研究结果表明:八大区域大中型工业企业技术创新效率在2001—2011年期间的均值存在区域差异,从高到低依次为南部沿海、东部沿海、北部沿海、西南地区、长江中游地区、东北地区、黄河中游、西北地区;从长期趋势看,效率值变化不稳定,忽高忽低;政府创新资金资助、国有产权比例对企业技术创新效率有负面影响,高技术产业技术溢出、企业规模对企业技术创新效率有显著促进作用。  相似文献

A new stem rot disease is found to occur naturally on Arabidopsis plants in greenhouses of Fuzhou, China. In order to identify its pathogen, we conducted a series of fimgal isolation and purification, plant reinoculation, and ascus and ascospore induction from the sclerotia. The isolate caused typical water-soaked lesions after reinoeulation and produced sclerotia both on Arabidopsis plants and culture medium plates, and the sclerotia could be induced to produce discal apothecia and 8 binucleate ascospores per ascus. These disease symptom and fungal morphology data revealed that the fungus Sclerotinia sclerotiorum (Lib.) de Bary was the pathogen for Arabidopsis stem rot. To confirm this, we further amplified its large subunit ribosomal DNA (LSU rDNA) by polymerase chain reaction (PCR), and compared the sequence with the known LSU rDNA sequences in GenBank. The results show that the sequence shares the highest identities with the LSU rDNAs of different S. sclerotiorum strains. Taking all these data together, we concluded that the fungus that caused the Arabidopsis stem rot is S. sclerotiorum (Lib.) de Bary. This is the first report that Arabidopsis is naturally infected by S. sclerotiorum.  相似文献

To find out the detailed characteristics of the coherent structures and associated particle dispersion in free shear flow, large eddy simulation method was adopted to investigate a two-dimensional particle-laden wake flow. The well-known Sub-grid Scale mode introduced by Smagorinsky was employed to simulate the gas flow field and Lagrangian approach was used to trace the particles. The results showed that the typical large-scale vortex structures exhibit a stable counter rotating arrangement of opposite sign, and alternately form from the near wall region, shed and move towards the downstream positions of the wake with the development of the flow. For particle dispersion, the Stokes number of particles is a key parameter. At the Stokes numbers of 1.4 and 3.8 the particles concentrate highly in the outer boundary regions. While the particles congregate densely in the vortex core regions at the Stokes number of 0.15, and the particles at Stokes number of 15 assemble in the vortex braid regions and the rib regions between the adjoining vortex structures.  相似文献

Student evaluation of audience response technology in large lecture classes   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
In the past few years, audience response technology (ART) has been widely adopted on college campuses, and is especially popular among instructors of large lecture classes. Claims regarding ART’s benefits to students have received only limited empirical evaluation, and prior studies exhibit methodological limitations. The current study provides a multi-dimensional evaluation, utilizing a newly-developed measure, the Audience Response Technology Questionnaire (ART-Q). Data were provided at three points during a semester by undergraduate students (n = 854) who used ART in three large lecture university courses. Results indicate moderately positive evaluations of ART on some dimensions (e.g., ease of use, impact on attendance), with less positive evaluations on others (e.g., influence on preparation for class). These evaluations showed some variability across time of semester and course, but were not substantially affected by gender, ethnicity, or year in school. Findings are discussed with respect to the need for future research on instructors’ techniques for using ART and their influence on student perceptions and outcomes.
