中文文献题录数据机构名称归一化研究

[目的/意义] 大数据时代,机构名称数据呈现海量性、动态性、多样性等新特征,机构名称归一化可改善大数据环境下科研管理、学科评价、学科服务中的数据可靠性,提升基于机构名称的数据检索质量和应用效果。[方法/过程] 从语言学角度和模型构建层面研究机构名称归一化,构建基于共现关系和相似度的机构名称归一化框架模型,提出机构名称实体边界识别方法,编制机构多层级词表,提出机构名称归一化方法,最后选取2008-2018年中文文献题录数据进行实验。[结果/结论] 实验结果验证了模型的有效性,对其他类型机构名称归一化有一定的启发。  相似文献

Removing Judgement: Discussing BDSM in Adult Sexuality Education

With increasing cultural attention to kink and BDSM (Bondage/Discipline, Dominance/Submission, and Sadism/Masochism), it is more important than ever for sexuality educators to teach these topics with respect and acceptance. Many depictions of BDSM in the media are deliberately shocking. With limited resources and research surrounding the topic, it can be difficult for educators to not fall into the same trap. This paper discusses the impact of the shock-culture surrounding BDSM and offers suggestions for combating it in the classroom via implementing a combination of affective and cognitive learning.  相似文献   

An Analysis of the Effect of Student Prepared Notecards on Exam Performance

Allowing the use of student-prepared notecards has been suggested as a way to increase student performance, with the literature showing mixed results. By allowing students to utilize a notecard on some, but not all, tests in principles of macroeconomics, we examine the effect notecards have on student performance. Our analysis utilizes a novel method of controlling for student aptitude and instructor biases in each sample. The results show improvements in performance both as a whole and by level of question based on Bloom’s taxonomy and question difficulty levels. In addition, we find notecard usage by students leads them to become more optimistic and realistic about their test performance, as well as leading students to study more efficiently.  相似文献   

影响日朝关系正常化的美国因素

日本与朝鲜间关系的发展不仅是两国出于各自利益的主观意愿,更在很大程度上受制于美国在东北亚地区的战略态度和利益。朝鲜半岛重要的地理位置不仅使其在历史上成为各大国互相争夺的焦点,也在第二次世界大战结束后成为美国遏制中国的重要战略工具。特别是在冷战结束后,美国更加重视朝鲜半岛在美国东北亚地区战略中的地位和作用。为此,美国以朝核问题为切入点,制造地区紧张气氛以维持和加强日韩对美国的军事、安全需要,同时将日朝两国关系正常化的进程纳入自己的地区战略和掌控之中,以维持美国在东北亚地区的军事存在,遏制中国。可以说,日朝两国关系正常化的进程很大程度上受制于美国在东北亚地区的战略态度和利益,也因而将是一个漫长的过程。  相似文献

将我国294种高校自然科学学报3年的影响因子、基金论文比、总被引频次、即年指标、他引率、平均引文率、地区分布数、机构分布数确定为8项模型因素集.运用德尔菲法确定8项指标的权重,再根据归一化法理论设计出评判定量模型计算软件.结果表明:评判定量模型计算软件依据指标、权重即调即得排序结果,有利于期刊分级评优和遴选核心期刊.  相似文献   

The Importance of Length Normalization for XML Retrieval

XML retrieval is a departure from standard document retrieval in which each individual XML element, ranging from italicized words or phrases to full blown articles, is a retrievable unit. The distribution of XML element lengths is unlike what we usually observe in standard document collections, prompting us to revisit the issue of document length normalization. We perform a comparative analysis of arbitrary elements versus relevant elements, and show the importance of element length as a parameter for XML retrieval. Within the language modeling framework, we investigate a range of techniques that deal with length either directly or indirectly. We observe a length-bias introduced by the amount of smoothing, and show the importance of extreme length bias for XML retrieval. We also show that simply removing shorter elements from the index (by introducing a cut-off value) does not create an appropriate element length normalization. Even after restricting the minimal size of XML elements occurring in the index, the importance of an extreme explicit length bias remains.  相似文献

本文认为言语交际中的语码转换对语言系统产生了深刻的影响,它使汉语词汇系统得以逐渐充实,主要表现为外来词和方言词的吸收,并且,外来词和方言词的吸收无一例外地都是语码转换的结果.因此,汉语词汇规范(指方言词和外来词的规范)应从发生的角度进行,即由语码转换所联系的社会文化背景与个人心理来决定.  相似文献
