摘    要:基于“三阶段-两形式”体育教学模式改革研究的长期实践与发展,通过时健美操教学改革具体策略的进一步思考与探讨,对健美操教学进行了创新实践。结果表明,该健美操教学创新系统模式不仅有利于教学质量的提高、教学任务的完成,还有利于学生身体素质的提高、健康心理状态的塑造以及终身体育锻炼习惯的养成。

Abstract:This paper innovated and practiced the aerobics teaching by discussing the aerobics teaching reform strategies based on the long-term application and development of "three-step and two-form" model.Results indicated: the innovative model was not only beneficial to the improvement of teaching quality,teaching tasks,but also beneficial to the improvement of physical and mental health as well as beneficial to the cultivation of lifetime sports habit.
