摘    要:目的:探讨高住低练对线粒体钙转运功能及能量代谢的影响,为运动与低氧适应机制的研究和高原训练方案的制定提供理论依据。方法:采用荧光技术和生物发光技术分别测定心肌、肝脏和骨骼肌线粒体Ca2+浓度和心肌线粒体ATP含量,并用血乳酸分析仪和血糖仪分别测定血乳酸和血糖浓度。结果:急性低氧应激使线粒体游离Ca2+浓度和ATP含量下降,血乳酸明显上升;经过高住低练运动与低氧适应后线粒体游离Ca2+浓度和ATP含量呈上升趋势,血乳酸上升程度减低,提示依赖糖酵解产能降低,能量代谢产生了适应。结论:高住低练能使线粒体钙转运功能加强,能量代谢作用得到改善。
