| 摘 要： | 运用逻辑推理、因果分析等方法对新时期提出体育科学发展观的必要性和客观依据进行深层次的阐述,提出新时期的体育科学发展观应当确立以人为本的价值内核,是以人为本的体育价值观、全面体育观、协调体育观和持续体育发展观的统一体。

| Abstract: | By means of logical reasoning and cause and effect analysis,the authors of this paper have made a profound study about the necessity and objective basis of the proposal of a scientific view of sports development in the new era and emphasized that the core value of regarding people as the base of everything should be established for the scientific view of sports development,which means the integrity of a sports outlook based on humanity,a global viewpoint of sports,a harmonious viewpoint of sports and a sustainable development viewpoint of sports. |
