绞股蓝对实验性高脂血症大鼠血浆脂蛋白代谢及相关酶活性的影响

摘    要:用高脂饲料喂饲大鼠6周,复制成高脂血症模型,而后进行4周高、低两种剂量的绞股蓝和阳性对照药血脂康进行实验性治疗.给药4周后处死动物,比较血清总胆固醇及甘油三酯含量、血清高密度脂蛋白胆固醇和低密度脂蛋白胆固醇含量,同时测定血浆总脂解酶、脂蛋白脂酶和肝脂酶活性.结果发现,高、低剂量绞股蓝和血脂康均能使血清总胆固醇、甘油三酯和低密度脂蛋白胆固醇含量降低,同时能提高血浆总脂解酶和脂蛋白脂酶活性,高剂量绞股蓝还能显著提高肝脂酶活性.结果提示,绞股蓝具有明显的降低肝脏和血清脂质的作用,可能与提高血浆脂蛋白代谢相关酶的活性有关.

Abstract:The rats were raised with high fat diet for six weeks and then the model of hyperglycemia was then established.After that,the rats were treated with high or low dose of Gynostemmapentaphyllum and Xiezhikang as a masculine comparison for four weeks.Then,those rats were executed and their plasma TC,TG,LDL-C,HDL-C,PHTA,LPL and HL were compared.The results showed that high and low dose of Gynostemmapentaphyllum could decrease the serum cholesterol,triglyceride and LDL-C remarkably and raise the activity of PHTA and LPL.The high dose of Gynostemmapentaphyllum could also elevate the activity of HL.The results showed that the Gynostemmapentaphyllum can decrease lipid in serum and improve their componential,which may be related with the raised activity of related enzyme.
