摘    要:运用实验法、测试法和数理统计法分别对健美操、篮球、排球、乒乓球、武术选项课程大学女生的六项体质健康标准变化进行研究,旨在检验五项运动课程对促进大学女生体质健康发展变化的差异,为选项课程的理论与实践提供依据.结果与结论:五项体育课程对促进大学女生爆发力素质具有显著性差异,排球比乒乓球、篮球、武术课程更能发展学生爆发力素质、比乒乓球课程更能发展学生力量素质;健美操、排球课程比武术课程更能发展学生呼吸系统的机能;对其它素质和机能、形态的促进与发展无显著性差异.建议对发展学生体质健康存在显著性差异的项目课程引起注意,并对其差异性原因和内在规律开展进一步的深入研究.

Abstract:Adopted the methods of experiment,test and statistic analysis,this study conducted a comparative analysis on changes of the six physical fitness indexes of female college students who participated in five courses,in order to explore the effects of courses of aerobics,basketball,volleyball,table tennis,martial arts on female college students' health.The results showed that there was a significant difference in the effects among the five courses on the female college students' explosive quality.Volleyball course was superior to courses of table tennis,basketball,and martial' arts,in improving students' explosive quality.Volleyball course exceeds table tennis courses in developing students' strength quality.Aerobics and volleyball courses excel martial arts course in developing students' breathing system capacity.
