| 摘 要： | 图书馆的"软实力"包括图书馆的人员素质、人际氛围、服务意识、创新意识、价值观念等文化精神方面所具备的能力,认为只有不断增强这些"软实力"的构件,才能推动图书馆事业不断向前发展,提出了增强图书馆软实力的途径.
