| 摘 要： | 运用实地调查、访谈、文献资料分析比较等方法,对中国、美国两国大学高水平运动员的招生遴选制度、训练培养形式、运动员管理体制、培养目标等方面的现状和特点进行了比较研究,对于学习、借鉴美国成功经验,改革完善我国高校培养高水平运动员工作提供参考.

| Abstract: | Based on the on-the-spot investigation and interviews as well as the documentary analysis of relevant literature,this study conducted a comparative study on the current situation and characteristics of admissions and selection systems,training and cultivation modes as well as management systems for elite athletes in Chinese and American colleges and universities.This study aimed to learn lessons from the American successful experiences and provide reference for reforming and promoting the cultivation of elite athletes in Chinese colleges and universities. |
