摘    要:本文根据我国众多高校课余训练的共性,结合我校多年来的实际情况,针对我校田径耐力项目运动员;课余动l练的阶段为周期安排划分的特点及经验,进行了充分的分析和探讨.这对我们力求寻找到一个更加适合于高校进行田径耐力项目课余训练的新路子以及高校如何科学合理地安排课余训练,充分挖掘高校的潜在实力,为培养更多的优秀大学生运动员提供了有益的依据。

Abstract:The article aim at stamina athletes' training phase in ou runiversity analysis and research the character and experience of the training period arrangement after class based on the commonness of training after school in college and university and the true condition of our university in many years. The result provides the useful gist for searching out the better method to stamina events' training in university and how to arrange the training after class reasonably. According to the article we can dredge up fully the latency in university and cultivate more excellence university athletes.
