| 摘 要： | 在新一轮课程改革的背景下,以中学体育与健康课程内容为研究对象,在对江苏<课标>实验区和非实验区中学体育与健康课程内容的实施现状进行调查的基础上,对我国中学体育课程内容(标准)提出了针对性的改革思路和对策:1) 更新中学体育教师的教育观念,提高课程意识;2) 根据学生身心发展和需要,在学习领域规定不同水平的内容,提高内容标准的可操作性;3) 中学体育与健康课程内容的设计应以学生为主,考虑地区、学校的实际;4) 加大中学体育与健康课程内容资源的开发力度;5) 重视健康教育,加强体育与健康教育内容的融合.

| Abstract: | This thesis is a study on the contents of physical education and health course in the background of a new curriculum reform.Based on the survey of implementation of contents inside and outside the experimental areas of new standards for P.E.,we provide the corresponding strategies of development: 1) renovate the educational ideas of P.E.teachers and improve their curricular consciousness;2) provide the contents with different levels in learning areas and improve its manipulation according to the development of students;3) the design of contents should mainly consider the students and the situation of school;4) increase the power of exploitation of the contents;5) attach importance to health education and enforce the combination of P.E.and health education. |
