| 摘 要： | 采用文献研究法、逻辑论证法、专家访谈法、问卷调查法,个案分析法和数理统计法,较系统地研究了运动训练理论指导实践的中介.提出训练观念概念作为起点,把"训练观念"作为运动训练理论指导实践的中介进行研究,研究训练观念的由来、内涵、内容、作用和接口,以期在理论探索和实践应用两方面有所收获,促进中国运动训练的科学化进程.

| Abstract: | In this paper, the author studies the medium that sports training theories guide practice systematically with the methods of literature review, logic argument, expert interview, questionnaire investigation, case analysis and mathematics statistics. The research starts by putting forward the idea of "training conception" and studies it as the medium that sports training theories guide practice. The author studies the origin, intension, contents, function and contraction of training conception in order to make great achievements in the fields of theory exploring and practice and improve the scientific process of the Chinese sports training. |
