对高校体育专业健美操普修课学法实施创新的实验研究

摘    要:以高校体育专业学生为研究对象,采用实验法、文献资料法、问卷调查法、专家访谈法等一并进行研究.以认知主义学习理论和建构主义学习理论的结合为理论依据构建了健美操"四阶段创新学法",并进行了教学实验,结果表明,健美操"四阶段创新学法"有利于学生的能力培养.

Abstract:This research employs experiments, documents, questionnaire, specialist interview, and mathematical statistics, with the college P.E. majors as the subject. Based on the cognitive theory and the constituent theory, the paper establishes a new 4-phase innovation learning method in teaching aerobics for college P.E. majors, and makes a comparison with the traditional one in the general course. The result of the research shows that this 4-phase innovation learning method has a positive influence and effect on the development of the students' abilities.
