运动结合绞股蓝总皂甙对高脂血症大鼠血脂和脂质过氧化水平的影响

摘    要:目的:研究有氧运动和/或绞股蓝总皂甙对实验性高脂血症大鼠血脂的调节机制并探索其抗脂质过氧化的机理.方法:用高脂饲料喂饲大鼠6周,复制成高脂血症模型.而后进行4周的有氧运动、绞股蓝总皂甙干预和运动结合胶股蓝总皂甙干预.干预4周后处死动物,比较血清总胆固醇及甘油三酯含量、血清高密度脂蛋白胆固醇和低密度脂蛋白胆固醇含量,同时测定血清SOD、CAT和MDA的浓度.结果:有氧运动和绞股蓝总皂甙均可显著降低大鼠血清低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、总胆固醇、甘油三脂浓度,提高高密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平;运动结合绞股蓝总皂甙组大鼠血清超氧化物歧化酶、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶及过氧化氢酶显著升高,脂质过氧化产物水平显著降低.结论:绞股蓝总皂甙结合有氧运动可治疗高血脂症大鼠血脂异常并有较明显的抗脂质过氧化作用.

Abstract:Object:Studying the regulation mechanism of GP and/or training on plasma lipoprotein metabolism and exploring its mechanism of anti-lipoperoxidation in the Experimental Hyperlipemia Rats.Methods:The rats were raised by high fat diet for six weeks,and the model of hypenlipemia was then established.After that,those rats were treated with GP and training for four weeks.Then those rats were executed,and the plasma TC,TG,LDL-C,HDL-C,GSH-Px were detected,at the same time the SOD,CAT and MDA concentrates also be mensurated.Results:The results showed that GPs and training could decrease the concentration of serum LDL-C,cholesterol and triglyceride remarkably and raise the concentration of HDL-C.The activity of GSH-Px,SOD and CAT in GP groups is promoted and the level of MAD is decreased distinctly.Conclusion:The GPs treated with training could cure the abnormity of serum lipid and has obviously anti-lipoperoxidation effect.
