| 摘 要： | 我国高等职业技术教育实现科学发展,必须把坚持“以人为本”作为发展的核心,进一步明确发展目标,始终把提高质量、为经济社会发展服务作为根本出发点和落脚点,把满足经济社会发展的需要、实现人的价值作为衡量发展水平的基本标准。调整发展思路,由单纯追求数量扩张、提升办学层次向更加注重促进人的全面发展转变。创新发展体制,以实现人的全面发展为重点,为构建社会主义和谐社会提供强劲的推动力。创新发展模式,以实现又快又好发展为目标,推进高等职业技术教育与经济社会协调发展。
