运动训练对大鼠心肌细胞一氧化氮合酶表达的影响

摘    要:为了研究不同强度训练对大鼠心肌细胞一氧化氮合酶表达的影响,采用跑台训练方式,建立大鼠有氧运动和疲劳运动模型,运用免疫组织化学技术研究心肌细胞nNOS、eNOS和iNOS表达的变化.结果发现:有氧训练和大强度训练组大鼠心肌细胞 nNOS阳性表达显著高于安静对照组;有氧训练和大强度训练组大鼠心肌细胞iNOS 阳性表达也显著高于安静对照组,并且有氧训练组大鼠心肌细胞的iNOS阳性表达显著高于大强度训练组;有氧训练大鼠心肌细胞eNOS的阳性表达极显著高于安静对照组和大强度训练组,而对照组则高于大强度训练组.提示心肌细胞一氧化氮合酶表达的变化与运动强度有显著关系.

Abstract:In order to explore the expression of NOS after exercise training of different load,adopting the treadmill training,this study built up a model of aerobic training and high intensity fatigue training and explored the expression of nNOS,eNOS and iNOS based on the immuno-histochemistry technology.The results of this study indicated that activity of nNOS and iNOS of training groups were higher than control group and activity of eNOS of aerobic exercise rat were higher than control group and high intensity training rats.It can be concluded that there was very clear relationship between the expression and training load.
