| 摘 要： | 目的:通过BMI测评,了解亚健康人群的体质因素,为体育康复提供科学依据。方法:问卷调查法、参考"自我测评法"筛查人群亚健康、按我国新订标准测评BMI法。结果:1)203例社区人群中有91例亚健康,检出率为44.8%;2)经BMI检测,在203例受试人群中发现异常BMI58例(28.51%),在91例亚健康者中发现异常BMI27例(29.67%);3)体瘦、超重肥胖等异常BMI与正常体重BMI亚健康者的症状表现基本相似,均或多或少地出现有躯体性、心理性和免疫性等10项症状,且均以疲劳的出现率最高。结论:异常BMI体质可能是亚健康成因之一。

| Abstract: | Objective: Through the BMI test,physique factors of sub-health people group will be known and will be provided scientific reference for physical rehabilitation.Methods: 1) questionnaire investigation;2) to refer the method of "self-determination and assessment of sub-health symptoms";3) according to the new national standard,to determine and assess BMI method.Results:1) 91 cases of sub-health are found in 203 cases of Guangzhou community groups,the percentage of sub-health is 44.8%;2) 58 cases(28.51%) of non-normal BMI are found in 203 cases of community groups and 27 cases(29.67%) of non-normal BMI are found in 91 cases sub-health;3) their symptoms of sub-health are all similar to the normal BMI cases,and the highest appearance rate in 10 symptoms,including problems in body,psychology and immune,are all the fatigue.Conclusion: non-normal physical condition may be one cause of sub-health. |
