| 摘 要： | 运用问卷调查、数理统计等方法对山东省市级以上重点中学课余训练现状进行了研究,结果表明:重点中学的课余训练在保障条件、教练员队伍以及运动员群体等方面都存在着诸多问题.针对这些问题提出一些合理的建议,对山东省重点中学课余训练持续、健康、有序的发展具有重要借鉴意义.

| Abstract: | By using questionnaire and statistical methods and analyzing the current situation of the spare-time training in 25 key middle schools in Shandong province,it is concluded that there are many questions in the spare-time training, the guaranteeing condition,coach team and the basic condition of athletes.The authors put forward some suggestions and methods that deal with these matters and hope that it could provide reference for the continuing,healthy,ordering development of the spare-time training of the key middle schools in Shandong province. |
