| Abstract: | "Self Learning and Training Method" is used in the teaching of Wushu so as to perform the reforming experiments on the teaching methods by way of teaching practice,questionnaire investigation and data statistic analysis.The result indicates that "Self Learning and Training Method" is superior to the traditional teaching method in the respects of Wushu achievements,the degree of satisfaction to teaching,the effect of teaching practice etc. |
