| 摘 要： | 现代手球的技术在不断更新换代,在规则不断修改的情况之下,手球的发展趋势是快速连续对抗激烈的运动项目,在一场势均力敌比赛中,加强防守打反击的快攻得分手段是决定一场比赛胜负的关键环节。如何发挥快攻手段,提高得分能力,是每位教练员认真思考和反复研究的课题。
