水城毛茛形态特征数量分析

摘    要:水城毛茛(Ranunculusshuichengensis)是近年发表的一个植物新物种,对不同小生境下水城毛茛3个种群20个个体的32项外部形态特征运用方差分析和因子分析等方法进行了研究。结果表明:在不同的植株之间,茎及叶的各性状变异系数较花及果的大;茎及花的性状在不同小生境下差异不显著,而叶及果的性状差异较显著;对32项性状进行因子分析得出特征值大于1的因子有8个,其对总方差的累积贡献率达到86.262%。其中前三主成分对总方差的累积贡献率为55.271%。

Abstract:Ranunculus shuichengensis is a new species that is presented in recent years.With the help of the variance analysis and the factor analysis,the authors studied on 32 outside morphological characters of 20 individuals of 3 populations from different microhabitats.The results show as follows.(1)The variation coefficient of variors characters of the stem and the leaf is larger than that of the flower and the fruit.(2)Among different microhabitats,the various characters of the leaf and the fruit are sigmificant,but the stem amd the flower are not.(3)The factor analysis show that there are 8 factors'eigen value are more than 1,their cumulative rate Contribute to total variance is 86.262%,and within which the cumulative comtribution rate of the first three principal components is 55.271%.
